This business used to be decent. Now, not so much.I’ve gotten several garments from Victory through kids sports. Embroidery is almost always off-center, crooked, has broken threads, etc. They’re so consistently bad, you’d have to wonder if they do it on purpose. I have 4 jackets from them that were purchased in the last year. 3 of them are poorly embroidered.I’ve gotten multiples of the same garment, and had them come with completely different embroidery styles (two color fonts on one, single color on the other.)Screen printing fades like crazy in even the gentlest of washes and there was a sticky residue inside of a pair of sweatpants my daughter got.Players who had single digit numbers, these guys printed as two-digit numbers on their gear. (04 instead of just 4, for example.) Common sense, people.To make matters worse, the turnaround time is AWFUL and the communication is non-existent.There’s just no pride in the work they do here anymore, and zero quality control.Unfortunately, you’re stuck with them if you want to support your child’s teams. Local sports teams keep choosing them.They have 1 competitor. Their competitor does significantly better work, but uses really cheap garments that fit weird and generally don’t look good and they charge similar prices.

Wiley 5th grade kickball champs. I needed 12 medals the same day. Victory Promotions said no problem. under 2 hours. Thank you for making 11 kids and The Coach Donato's day.

My family has used victory promotions to make their company shirts for ages, and now that my husband and I are running our own business, there's no one else we would go to. Quality product every time, exceptional staff and helped us to create great new designs that people love! Can't recommend highly enough.

I've worked with Victory Promotions for many functions and projects and not only is their work top-notch, they're also very generous supporting causes in our community. I've always received our orders in a timely manner and there has always been great communication from their team -- special shoutout to Corey for being great about this! Chuck and the entire staff at Victory Promotions should be commended for being an awesome local business that does great work and gives back. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

My first experience ordering from Victory Promotions is probably my last. A local college had a pop up store. I emailed the address on VP’s website with a question. Never received an answer. Sent a message through FB. No reply. Placed the order anyway. Estimated lead time on a custom order was 3 weeks. That came and went. Sent a email to a different email address contained in my order. Again no response. I finally called and was told the end of January. It’s now the second week in February. They finally send an email out saying items are stuck in customs and have been for weeks. Something they could have shared earlier. The season is almost over. I wanted to wear the jersey to support my favorite player who is a senior and may not be back next year. So much for that.

Ordered team apparel in November 2021. Only 1 out of the 3 items was received before Christmas. As of this review I have still not received the parka I ordered. I definitely do not recommend ordering from here.

I ordered shirts from a school fundraiser for my boys and paid for shipping. On June 1 we received an email saying that the order was ready for pick up and if you paid for shipping they would be sent out. One June 29th I emailed asking where my order was and received a very snide reply that “as the previous email said the order is ready to be picked up”. So I call and was told, “oh you paid for shipping but no one actually shipped it. Do you want us to ship it?” NO apology for one of their staff not doing their job, no apology for the snide email, NO compensation for my order being 3 weeks late, nothing. Will NOT recommend doing business with them ever!!

They have a contract with our school and it clearly shows. We got no guidance creating gear. They delivered to us on the last possible day that we are guaranteed by contract. They also had 2 things either canceled or on back order that people were notified of a couple days before the supposed delivery date. I would not go through them if i didn’t have to. Prices are also pretty steep. Overall terrible experience with them.

I placed an order 2 months ago and even received a note when part of my order shipped that the other item would be coming soon. Now a month later after reaching out to them I receive a call that the item will not be shipped they are refunding me instead. If I hadn’t called would anyone had followed through and reached out or even refunded my account? Looks like I will have a very disappointed 10 year old.

Victory has a contract with Clarkson athletics, and they are not prompt in their delivery or communication with the individual teams because they have a contract guaranteeing our business, regardless of performance. They have made multiple mistakes, whether it be sending the wrong product or embroidering names with spelling mistakes. This means their product (which was most likely already late) will now be even later to our athletes. Don’t get me wrong, this is partially because Clarkson does not hold them accountable because they keep signing contracts with them, but they have lost my personal business.
