I hired this company to move me to my new house after 25 years . They sent 4 men to move. These guys were experience, professional, and did a tremendous job. We had a great experience with Watertown Moving who packed and loaded our 18,000 lbs of household goods. They arriveded when they said they would, were very polite and accommodating, and they worked hard for some long days. They finished earlier than expected too! Highly recommend!

Please watch these people as they’ll lie about the condition of your items and one the staff was rude . I’ll hold my L on this move but anyone else using them please make sure the condition of your items is stated correctly on the paper

These guys were great. Super quick and accommodating, took care to wrap our nicer pieces of furniture and didn't ding a single wall or door frame. Communication was great, price is fair for the work they do. Would definitely use again and recommend.

great bunch of people all of there help where very nice they worked there butt off there where no brakes they moved all of my stuff with in a hour in all of this time all of them hade great personality they even moved me one month early they are very honest people if they give you a price you can count on it being close to what they say

I'd give no stars if that was an option. This company was responsible for packing my house hold goods for a military move. I watched the way they packed and loaded the truck, and told my husband I knew stuff was going to end up missing and/or broken. Well, everything made it here that I know of so far, however, almost all of my big furniture pieces are broken or torn. My clothes from the master closet and my daughters room were never packed in a wardrobe box. They literally shoved our clothes from the closet into a box, and when it was unpacked, were in 10,000 wrinkles. They folded my daughters baptism dress in half and balled up my husbands military jacket that was still in the dry cleaning bag and obviously all set. The clothes that did end up in the wardrobe boxes were packed with dirty packing paper and the trash that they use to keep the stacks of boxes together. They packed items with other items that weren't even from the same room, which made unpacking a nightmare. Some of the boxes weren't even labeled correctly. I have never seen so much disregard for people's personal belongings in my entire life.
