A positive attitude is all it takes to do your job correctly. Ive come in person and called many times and met you with positivity and been met with nothing but you acting as if I am annoying you. I mean all your staff. you need to learn that you are a service to the public so be happy you are or change your career path please so I may speak to someone who won't clearly display their hate for their job.

I was in an emergency room last evening. The doctor there sent a prescription to my local pharmacy. Since it is a controlled substance i only got 14 days supply. I had to show identification when I picket it up. In the last 4 hours I have gotten 2 calls from their automated system saying that the prescription has no refills. They offer to call my doctor to get more refills. First of all I doubt they could reach an emergency room doctor. Secondly I was not pleased to be disturbed twice for nothing. If they know I got it they should be able to see why there are no refills. If I get another call I plan to change pharmacies. I would rather drive 15 extra miles. I spoke with my local pharmacy and they said there is nothing they can do about the calls.
