“This is the nicest Dollar Tree I have EVER been to. The aisles and shelves are organized, there isn’t clutter preventing you from browsing. The staff obviously care about the store and it shows. I live the same distance from pretty much all the Dollar Trees in Clifton Park but will go out of my way to make this my regular store.”
“I have been shopping this store for many years for having great products at such low price ‘Manager Patrick Lamarre represents as a face of the company !he walks around if a customer is lost to find some specific item he know all isles and thousands of item in the store like back of his hand he immediately guides you where that item is !It’s quite remarkable and he teaches the same to associates what he practices !Mostly you go to store to buy two things and you end up bringing 12 items to the register .Store always looks well organized and neat even washrooms are monitored regularly to be clean and full of supplies.I believe Mr Lamarre is credit to his profession of management and a great asset to his company !Thank you for such great store with so caring manager in clifton park.SincerelyDr MemonA Blessed Man”

I think the store should advertise "ballon bouquet" as a paid service on instacart as i paid barely 12.50 all inclusive for the product and extra $ to instacart total $21 for this bouquet! “Lady with short grey hair (maybe the manager?) was BERATING a newer employee named Donna. No one should be spoken to the way this lady was speaking to her new employee. Donna couldn’t speak up for herself due to the mistreatment from her BOSS. Disgusting to see this behavior! Donna was doing an AMAZING job, working fast, trying to stock shelves, helping on register etc. She seemed so hurt and upset by the insults and mockery from her boss, but kept a positive attitude and was helpful to customers as well. I hope she finds a job where her higher ups appreciate her hard work. (Customer even felt bad and said “they need you here” to which Donna responded “no they don’t” it was so heartbreaking.)”

“This Dollar Tree is THE BEST DOLLAR TREE in the area BY FAR. They always have everything in stock, the shelves are always full, the store is always clean and the staff is amazing. The cashiers are friendly and the managers are always nice and greet you with a smile. The female manager has fantastic customer service skills and is always eager to make your shopping experience a good one. Five stars isn't enough. Great job Colonie Dollar Tree!”

“Every Dollar tree is different. But things are no longer just a dollar they are in a dollar and a quarter now.. sometimes they have sales. And some things are about 3 to 5 dollars now. I can say one thing this Dollar tree is always organized and stocking is always done.”

“Went in there store today and I was verbally assaulted had to wait in line 15 minutes just so I could be treated like I was taking up too much of the cashiers time no worries I would drive to ny city before I ever go in this disorganized store again I don’t want to give this store any stars the food is old the frozen food is freezer burnt be careful purchasing there stuff besides them dollars add up and you end up with a lot of worthless merchandise”
“The location is a bigger one than I'm used to and it makes a big difference. Things looked way more organized and stocked than other family dollars I have been in. They still have boats and boxes in a few place that blocked the shelves but overall a much better experience that most family dollars.”

“I door dash as a second job and I must compliment the Troy,New York Dollar General . Jessica or Melanie has been such a big help in the past and currently still very helpful with everything. She is kind has great customer service and keeps the store in shape. She is very motivated and egar to help the customers even if it doesn’t have to do with purchasing products at the store I know from experience she’s a breath of fresh air. She sets a great example for the other employees in the capital district. The store has been very cleanly and is always stocked. As I said I door dash for a second job and have been to most of the dollar generals in the area and even out of state this is the best one this far. Keep up the great work and thank you for all your help.

“My 6 y/o had $13 and asked if she could spend it somewhere...what better place for a young lady with money burning a hole in her pocket, than the dollar store?? She chose 10 items, and insisted on paying herself. The cashier was super patient, as she lined her $1 bills across the counter...(misinterpreting my instructions to "count out $11)...every kid's first experiences with shopping should happen here?”

“The young lady that helped me the other day when I went there to shop I am undisabled on a wheelchair scooter. And she was so attentive. She did her job perfectly helping a disabled person although I can walk sometimes I cannot use my hands or my feet properly I have neuropathy in my whole entire body which is affecting me a great deal now and I want to thank her very much I still have to go back to see her whichever do probably tomorrow but in all reality when you work a job and you'll see it disabled person that needs help whatever you do you must be attentive see help me put my stuff on the counter bag my stuff accordingly the way I needed a bagged and she helped me a great deal her name is nakeyta.”
