Lisa Goodin was very professional and friendly. Had my taxes done by Liberty last year but in different area and moved to Latham and decided to have Liberty do them again for me so this is the second time having it done by Liberty. I'm very pleased and plan on using them again.

Stay away. It is 2024 and I haven't got my 2022 return yet. When calling, most of the times nobody answers the phone. This branch and the cohoes branch are owned by the same person.

I don’t feel like my taxes were done in a professional manner I didn’t get any answers about where the rest of my money went that I didn’t receive and I never got the 50$ for filing my taxes with them took 5 days to even file them playing phone tag for the amount I was charged I feel like I got robbed after being a client of urs for 4 years I’ll gladly be going somewhere else next year

I scheduled a appointment online for 10:30 on April18th, surprisingly they had many open appointments! They opened at 9am according to Google, no one showed up until 10:45. When I went in he asked if I had an appointment, I said I scheduled online earlier and he said he doesn’t take online appointments and he’s all booked up, but if I want I can give him $50 and file for an extension with him and come back. NO THANKS . Will never go the Watervliet location. I was able to get an appointment in Albany. I have been to that location and had good experience in the past ?

Very nice people.been going here for 3 years wont go anywhere else..my first time was crazy and they helped me through it with out a problem no matter how long it took..they even offered to stay late just to get it done..amazing
