Reviewers praise the store's friendly employees, who are helpful in assisting customers, whether it's with locating items, providing fully charged handicapped carts, or even loading groceries into customers' cars. The store is known for its excellent quality fresh fruits and vegetables, and its convenient location close to many customers' homes. Overall, Price Chopper (Watervliet #245) is a well-regarded grocery store that provides a positive shopping experience for its customers.
For what looks like a large grocery store this place has a surprisingly poor selection of food items that normally are found at other locations. This place also suffers the trend of only having two out of its 10 or so check out lanes being operated by an employee even at times when the lines are backed up.
