I had to up my blood pressure medication and decided to switch to Walgreens; since it was in the neighborhood. Although they were extremely busy last night. they were very thorough in meeting the needs of all the customers present. Their staff is very professional, efficient and caring. Great job everyone! You have a customer for life!

pharmacist flat out lied about their policies, blamed insurance for it taking so long for me to get medication for diabetes and then it turned out they had none in stock. when asked how long it has been out for I was told "a while" and I should spend my time calling other locations to see if they have any. Filed claims with state board of health and reported them to the insurance company who filed a grievance. if you can avoid them at all costs, do it.

...the pharmacy is simply atrocious. Unprofessional, unorganized and zero customer service. DO NOT use this pharmacy; you'll be surely disappointed.

They never have anything ready. I am done with this place.. The last time I went, they said they had to label it and to come back in 20 minutes. I am done thank God it was not a necessary medication. I feel bad for people who rely on this place. I'm switching to CVS

Yesterday I stopped at Walgreens Watervliet to make a purchase. Upon approaching the clerk, Kare?, rang up my purchase and I showed her my VA Veterans ID card and mentioned the 20% discount for veterans from July 1-4. She did not even look at the card and basically ignored what I had said. The purchase was just over $18 and when I asked for a receipt to check to make sure I received the Veterans discount she stated get it on your phone. After adding up the cost of the products I found I never received the Veterans 20% discount. No way to provide customer service. I check My Walgreens and there is no receipt. It also states I never made the purchase. I will be looking to take my business to another pharmacy in the future. Thanks for treating a disabled with such great service from your employee. You also need to follow through on your promotions. If I could post a zero I would!

Do not use this pharmacy. I pride myself on being very kind and never emotional in regards to a customer service issue in general. But this place, always gave me issues. I've always been kind so it's not due to my demeanor. the main issue is they are always having prescription backlog and tell you false information to get you off the phone, this happens every time you get your refill. Got yelled at a couple times by employee for calling about my delayed script and besides some of the employees being nice I never had a positive experience at this pharmacy. Now I'm back to CVS which I'm very content with and they never have inventory issues and aren't ever aggressive. Feels nice with no hostility in the air.
