“I spent 40 hours doing a deep dive into CVD prices and had a set of earrings picked out online from a seemingly reputable website and even spoke to a live human with an American accent on the phone but something just didn't feel right so I put the online sale on hold and walked into Romanation just to see how comparable the prices were. Online price was $1,150 for the earrings I wanted and Romanation had the same size same cut same metal for $150 more. That's a no-brainer. I would gladly pay a couple hundred dollars more to a IRL jeweler to know my diamonds are real and to have somewhere to go if I have a problem.”

He was patient and took the time in getting to know who I am as well as educate me in all of my options. My wife inherited diamonds from her grandmother that I wanted to incorporate into her engagement ring. Rafi was able to blueprint a beautiful unique one-of-a-kind design that included her grandmothers diamonds with a single flawless diamond I was able to choose as the centerpiece.The entire process was fast and efficient, and he informed me of each step along the way. We had great conversation and became friends during what could be considered a stressful process. And if you’re lucky enough, he may even sing you a beautiful tune before you leave.
