Yeah honestly I don't know what all the complaining is about. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment. They got me to a dock immediately. Started loading me immediately and got me done in a reasonable time. The only the thing that does suck is there's no parking here and nothing nearby.

Super nice and friendly lady at the guard house. People at the loading docks were also nice! In and out 45 minutes. Make sure you have an appointment.
