“When I got arrested, they took in my Chow chow Catalina because no one in my family could take her. As much as it hurts me, I know that she's with her forever home and being well taken care of. Once I get back on my feet, I plan to make a donation. I appreciate all that they do for our fur friends. Keep up the great work. Don't forget that you can make a donation in your WILL. 6/4/2026 Recently I sent several emails about donating through my employer and doing a donation drive BUT not one person has replied. Animals don't care where their love comes from.”
“This place has a family type atmosphere. The people that work their are helpful, kind and considerate. The store has so much to offer. It doesn't matter what I buy there, they always treat me respectively. Parking lot is always clean, and easy place to shop”
“Altho their prices are somewhat higher they cushion that with great customer service. That and the fact that I've always had good results with whatever product I bought their. Never had a problem.”

“We brought our boy, Leroy, home in November 2024. He is the best addition to our family! He's a beautiful dog, intelligent, obedient, and full of life. I would highly recommend working with Dave. He loves what he does and takes care of his dogs. We love our boy and will look to Hidden Pond Labs in the future for our Labrador children!”
