“Wow. That's all I could say, is wow after the best experience i've had at an advance Auto in my life. I came in because my key fob battery was dead for my generator. Before going to the store, I called to ask If they had the battery I needed in stock and the gentleman found the battery and told me the price and the quantity that they had. He also knew that my key fob would require two batteries and had all the necessary parts and tools ready to swap the battery out When I walked in the store. This kind of customer service is rare nowadays and employees like him are extremely hard to find. My only regret is not getting his name so that I could call him by name in this post.”
