Arango Automotive is hands down the best shop around! Tony is incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest — qualities that are hard to find these days. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and you can tell he really cares about his customers and the work he does. The quality of his repairs and attention to detail are outstanding. My car runs better than ever thanks to Tony. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else, highly recommend Arango Automotive!

Awesome!! After trying a few other towing places that “respectfully declined” I was lucky to be referred to Arango. They came within the hour, and got my truck towed out no problem!! The service was quick, polite, and very fairly priced. This is the guy to go to when you need to get it DONE!

Awful customer service. We had Mark towe us, and he was rude, talked backed, and seemed almost racist towards me. I do not recommend this place, unless they fix they’re people.

I wish I had been taking my cars here sooner! Tony and his team are awesome. They take such pride in what they do, and it truly shows in the cleanliness and organization of their shop. I highly recommend anyone in Webster, or even outside of town, to come here for all your car-repair needs!

Tony and Ed are smart guys and have high standards for quality. Prices are reasonable considering they don't use cheap parts. This is where you go for peace of mind. You can be sure you'll hear the truth and the work will be done a certain way. If you need brakes, wiper blades, a new motor, minor collision repair and paint, or just a tow I recommend calling Arango.

Arango's is the most honest shop I've ever been to. They really know what they're doing. After having been introduced to them I won't get any service anywhere else. I wish they worked on Harley's too though lol.

I was forced to have my jeep towed by them, driver was trying to cut corners and use the wheel lift instead of loading on the flat bed. Tried to argue with me that it didn't matter since it was in neutral even though I told him the manual clearly state that doing do will damage the transfer case

Awesome customer service. Ed took his time to make sure I had the right parts for what I wanted done. He did great with the installation, and I couldn’t be happier with how the truck turned out.

If you’re looking for excellent customer service, you’re looking in the wrong place if you’re looking at Arango Automotive. To say that they were rude and unprofessional would be an understatement. They clearly don’t need my business and I have to except that. Give them a call and you will find my words to be true. I’m writing this review so you can avoid the pain of dealing with these people. I guess you have to look like them and talk like them, to receive and respect from them. Got work done several months ago by Arango Automotive and felt a bit uncomfortable but couldn’t put my finger on it, till today.Called on Monday, the man picked up the phone and pretty much said (what do you want) then cut me off in the middle of our conversation and told me he would call me back because he was with a customer. Never called back, so I called back, big mistake because he made me feel as if I was bothering him. Set up an appointment for simple inspection, just to be ignored, go to pick up the car believing they did what I requested 7 hours later!, to find the car still in the same place, (no inspection done) ok no worries, you’re too busy and really don’t need my business. The man sees me coming puts the keys on the counter and walks off into the sun set.Service: Auto maintenance

I dropped my car off for some brake work.. A close friend of mine strongly recommended Arango Automotive to me. And boy am I glad he did! They looked over everything and did a great job for far less than I thought it would cost. I'm so glad I found a new shop that I can trust!

I have been going to Tony for years now, for all matter of car repairs. Brake work oil changes you name it. What you'll find here unlike MANY other places, is that they are honest and have incredible attention to detail. They can properly diagnose problems, not just change parts. They fix what needs fixing, and don't do the dealer "well you might want to tdo this or that" when there' s nothing wrong. You want honesty and attention to detail go here.
