If I could post 0 stars I would.
Visited the store in early February to see about a new phone. Came away without anything as it was recommended I could get something cheaper at best buy.
When my bill came later in the month I was charged $35 for Home Tech protection. Absolutely never signed up for this. Called the 800 number and worked things out with an agent. She freely admitted what the Webster store rep did was illegal.

Emily was the only person out of 3 different stores, a whole week dealing with it and many hrs of frustration! She was able to transfer my information from my old phone to my new phone. She is the best!

Our service was interrupted had no way of connecting to internet Emily went oout her way as to go on her phone and look up a bank and give us directions to be able to pay our phone bill we are very happy with the service Emily provided 5 star
