Just had my 3rd workout here, and maybe my 5th workout in 10 years. The coaches push you hard enough to make you stronger, and just light enough to prevent complete collapse... slightly kidding. Super fun atmosphere, challenging workouts for any level of fitness. 6:00am is where its at, get here.

I did a 4 week trial of Burn Bootcamp in May 2021 and I absolutely fell in love. I’ve always played sports and have been athletic but I was struggling to make progress on my own at the gym. I can’t recommend Burn enough. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and I immediately felt at home here. I am in the best shape I have ever been in my life and it’s thanks to the wonderful trainers. They make sure you have proper form and they will push you (but not too hard). I’ve done other fitness programs like CrossFit where I was constantly getting hurt and I can say I have never once injured myself here. If you are new to working out just make sure to go at your own pace and learn proper form. I am happy to say Burn has become a second home to me and the people who work out here truly become family.

This is a great gym to become or stay healthy and build community. The trainers are amazing and very knowledgeable. They're great with modifying exercises if you need more or less. Best gym I've ever been a part of.

I did a four week promotion this month and I got hooked and ended up joining for real! I love the environment and atmosphere here; it is so positive and encouraging. When I started I was very overwhelmed because I do not usually do boot camp style workouts, but the trainers were literally amazing in helping me modify where needed and slowing the workouts down so I could follow easier. They are helping me realize that there are some things I CAN do that I thought I couldn’t. I would never have thought I would be excited to get to the gym at 6am but I really am. Starting my days off with positivity has really helped my mindset throughout the day. Highly recommend!

Had a really nice 7 day free trial! Got hooked and signed on for a month at $99 but then to join , $139 per month with an 18 month commitment or $169 per month for 3 months??? Great workout but way overpriced. There's also an equipment fee added on for $50.I'd say this gym is for people wanting to train and turn fat into muscle. You will feel like a boss. Peter is definitely worth the money to have be your trainer.

The trainers at burn boot camp are unlike anything I've experienced before. They are all attentive, kind, encouraging and really want to see every individual succeed. They help 1:1 during classes and turn off their mic so its personal each time! Additionally, they make everyone feel apart of a community by remembering your name and making personal relationships. Highly recommend this gym to anyone who needs an encouraging community and team to support them!

I signed up for the 7 day free trial. Which I still am currently in but have not finished. Day 1 was leg day with Trainer Peter. Pete was amazing. He was very encouraging, made sure we were going at our pace and there was no pressure or judgement. It was a hard first day being cardio day. It was a great work out. I don't believe this is really for beginners but if you have been working out moderately this will definitely be for you. Day 2-3 were with Trainer Chrissy. Chrissy was not as encouraging and was a lil rude. She did not want me to rush but when I was obviously struggling she pushed me a lil too far. I overextended myself Day 2 on Arm Day to where I had issues sleeping and moving my arms. I don't have any major medical issues but I felt I may have pushed myself too hard with Chrissy. Day 3 Leg Day wasn't as bad with her but still didn't feel encouraged or that she was there for us to obtain our goals and motivate. Times vary and they have child care which is nice. It is very clean they just need some help with water pressure with the women's toilets. I'd possibly go back after working out more but definitely with Peter as the Trainer.

I was blocked on Instagram for posting something about educating clients potential dangers of intense boot campStyle training especially for beginner clients— balls out boot camps come with potential answers life threatening dangers — and somehow I was immediately blocked- that’s not good business at all
