“Zach (the manager) is the best! I went through the car wash and realized at some point the wash broke my side mirror (the shell of the mirror was damaged beforehand). I went inside not thinking I was going to get anywhere but I wanted to try. Zach checked out the damage, filed a claim, and called me the next day to let me know they bought a replacement mirror for me and he would try to install it once it was delivered. Zach went above and beyond my expectations and he did in fact install it successfully and I couldn’t be more grateful!”
