I'm a private client, which supposedly means good service. I called three times this afternoon around 3 pm for a question. The first time I was disconnected, the second time I was put on hold for 10 minutes with no answer, and the third time there was a auto message saying they were busy and to call the 800 number. That's not my definition of good service.

Do NOT go through whatever this company is because they sure as hell are NOT a bank. They are thieves, liars, and manipulators. Go to ESL or M&T instead, they know what words mean and how the options they offer, actually work. We have had almost $300 LITERALLY STOLEN from us, from CHASE! And no I'm not kidding or over exaggerating. Once we dig ourselves out of this debt, Chase has put us in, we're finding a real bank. Btw, if a company partners with Disney, that should be your sign to avoid them at all costs.

Extremely sarcastic manager who didn’t want to listen!! I do realize Chase has policies but really $68 was worth losing a customer? Thank God for the nice gentleman I was able to talk to at the 800 number he actually LISTENED to me!!! Not to mention myself and my daughter walked in on a Saturday at 1:45pm (note they close at 2:00pm) and was turned away to open her account stating they are closed. Last time I was in retail or even medical office you see EVERYONE until you doors are literally locked. Needless to say I ALWAYS go to the Chase on Empire.Ryan is a good guy and so is the manager!! If you have Chase and live in Webster avoid the Holt Rd branch use the Eastway ( Empire) branch waaaayyyyyyyy better customer service and management.
