Very poorly managed bank. Witnessed horrible customer care and experienced an aggressive bank manager who spoke down to me just for asking for some help on using their clunky App that does not work well. He was rude to another woman in front of me too just for asking if her little boy could use the bathroom. Very bad service here! I will be closing my accounts.

Citizens bank WAS a great bank , the Manager is ABSOLUTELY just down right rude and condescending . Every bit of information the "MANAGER" relayed to me was incorrect , probably should spend more time learning about the systems than shining your name plate . UNBELIEVABLY, DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED !!!

I've been w this bank 18 yrs even 2 I had to go to NJ to care got uncle blinded, & I've never ever had a problem w a withdrawal deposit never a prob, I can call 24/7 & always get a correct amswer from a good polite caring knowledgeable cust serv rep 10 yrs of calls & if I was double chahed or charged for something I shouldn't have been they credit acct immediate & do a fraud 8nvestigation this bank, I feel is the brsy I will stay w them forever, as not 1 time did I EVER HAVE A PR9N HAVE TO HOLD LONGEER THAN FEW MINUTES EVEN NOE DURUNG COVID I CANNOT D AS Y ENUF ABOUT THE WUAIKTY OF SERVICES AR CITIZENS BANKING IN BANK ON PHONE DOESN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE

I miss my bank that was in pretty convenient location and offered excellent service. Employees were professional, always willing to help, treated me with respect and worked hard to make sure that any time whenever I enter this place, I would really feel like home.

Slow bank that is unprofessional and has no idea what is going on. My account was hacked and over 4200 taken... The back couldnt even freeze my account properly to stop the hackers from taking more. When I went into the branch I was met with employees who didn't know how to handle the situation or what to do after waiting 40 minutes to even talk to anyone and watching 7 other people come in after me and be helped before me. Unprofessional, not properly trained, and unpleasant to deal with.
