We had a fantastic experience at this bank today. Several unauthorized transactions had occurred in our checking account over the past week. The Branch Manager Kathy did a fantastic job working with us on the best path forward and we put one account on hold, opened another, funded it with funds from the old account. This was a high stress situation for us and despite the bank having corporate system issues this morning, Kathy patiently managed through them and got us to a comfortable place. We could hear her staff working with other customers as they arrived and all were focused on customer needs. We will continue to use this bank moving forward.

I think Citizen's is great bank. It has been nothing but a positive experience for me and I recommend any business looking for a bank to consider Citizen's. To clarify the Citizen's bank is in fact in the same parking lot as Chase one simply need to turn around to view it.

I asked Google Maps for a Citizens Bank location and I was brought to a Chase Bank. This is a Chase Bank location, not Citizens. This is the bank right in front of Wegmans. It's Citizens on Google Maps. But it's a Chase Bank.

We have text banking and online banking. We have been treated very well there. Bank is clean and staff is courteous. Driveway/parking lot was recently redone.

impossible to reach by phone. Charges negatives to account before deposits even if deposits are made earlier in day causing account to go over thus causing overdraft charges.
