The store and staff are fine. CVS as a whole has become very customer unfriendly. Constantly harassing me to fill prescriptions I've told them I no longer need or have changed. I get more texts from CVS automated machine than I do from my family. It's annoying. Terribly under staffed.
I'm switching my prescriptions to Wegmans pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy. Everyone is always so unpleasant and when you try to call, NO ONE will answer you for at least 20 minutes. An absolute joke.

Cbs ridge road is horrible! Pharmacy schedule vaccines and make appoints and then they don’t have vaccine. Prescriptions ordered are never there on time. They forget and are not responsible pharmacists. Do t go there, there are better pharmacies.

Best pharmacy experience. I have been going to this CVS pharmacy for years; utilizing drive thru. Recently, I went in for a flu shot to find out my insurance company had a error in the system. This pharmacy, including the head pharmacist, jumped right in to help. They spent the quality time needed to straighten out the insurance system error ensuring I could get my flu shot. I can't thank them enough for putting my health care needs as top priority. That's, 'old-school' pharmacy service. The way it should be.

The WORST service I had ever. A young clerk probably doesn't know much about mobile pay. After several trials checking out a card, he called his manager A** for help.This guy A** wasn't helpful at all! As I saw duplicate charges for the card on my account very soon, I asked A** to provide a note just in case my payments weren't got refunded. Initially A** agreed to write the note, but he changed his face and said NO once I asked him to put his name on the note for reference. I thought he might still have concerns about the transactions, so I asked A** if he can have the clerk come to the front desk and explain the transaction problem he experienced just now. This guy A** became very rude. He yelled that I was harassing the young clerk! What !? I only asked HIM to have the clerk to clarify the transaction problem and the clerk is ~9 feet away.No wonder why this store has the lowest rate among the CVS stores nearby. Well, it is my first time to shop at this store and that is the last time.

Best pharmacy I’ve used. Always in and out, helpful and friendly staff. They’re proactive when it comes to refills and contacting doctors on my behalf. Love this pharmacy!

Cheryl the front end/store manager runs a tight ship. Neat, ,orderly well stocked, with a friendly staff that is very helpful. What more can you ask.

The absolute worst pharmacy! Extremely long wait times on the phone or in the store. Their pharmacy employees are rude, won't do anything to help the customer, and they always seem bothered if you have any questions. CVS hires the lowest quality pharmacists and it shows. Wegmans always went above and beyond. I wish I could still fill my prescriptions at Wegmans, but my insurance company recently forced me to go to CVS instead. It must be cheaper for the insurance company, but you clearly get what you pay for.

I recently moved from Long Island to Webster and I’ve had a bit of a hard time switching pharmacy’s between getting prescriptions sent to the wrong place and having issues getting the right products but this cvs has been amazing! Ever problem I’ve had they’ve offered extensive help to fix the problem and get me my medications on time. Today I needed to pick up a few prescriptions and I had called to see if they were still available. Michael in the pharmacy answered all my questions and made sure I got everything I needed as quickly as possible. He was super sweet and helpful and made my experience so much better. Cvs if you’re reading this, give Michael a raise. In times of need he will be your biggest asset. He has impeccable skills when it comes to customer care and such a happy attitude to his customers. I will continue to come to this cvs and this cvs only because of michaels kind actions and care. Thank you!!

Awful service all the time here. Never have prescriptions ready even after they text you saying they are ready. If you go inside to pick up a prescription you are ignored. Most of the employees have attitudes, and they are understaffed. And don’t even get me started on trying to stop the auto refilling. Seems as though they get paid to keep people on auto refill
