Had a good experience at caliber Webster. Had a small snafu, that was taken care of promptly by Vanessa. They had a fast turn around on our car after a deer accident. They also were helpful with getting a rental lined up, and working with insurance to keep things moving forward. I would recommend them for sure

I went to two other shops before coming to Caliber Collision, and no one seemed to be helpful with my situation. I decided to take it to one more shop, where I was greeted by the manager, Vanessa. They seemed busy and short-staffed, but she still took the time to look at my car, helped set everything up with the other driver’s insurance, and guided me in the right direction. I’m so glad I made the third stop — excellent customer service!

All we had was a broken tail light and some bumper scratches on our 2011 Camry. As this wasn't a major repair I was concerned that we wouldn't get paid attention to. I was pleasantly surprised when Vanessa waited on us , checked out the damage and printed up the estimate. Her team replaced the light and touched up the bumper the next day. The price was fair and the service fantastic.

They got my vehicle back to me sooner than expected & iit looked as good as new. Every one was friendly & accommodating. It’s a very comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff. Vanessa Cordelllo the manager, called me & kept me updated throughout the entire time it was getting repaired. She made me feel quite comfortable in an otherwise stressful situation, as this was my first accident & I didn’t know what to expect, she was reassuring & constantly kept me in the loop. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the staff & service. I highly recommend them!!!!
