I approached Chuck at Diamond Collision to do a special project and clear coat a pinball playfield for me. If you know anything about pinball, that playfield where the ball rolls around has to be flat like glass, otherwise the ball will not roll true. The playfield came out fantastic! Chuck filled all the concaved unlevel areas and the playfield looks like a sheet of liquid glass! This was not a rear quarter-panel and was very much outside the norm of what he does on a daily basis, but he navigated it like a master. In addition to quality work, I was also extremely impressed with the communication level coming from his business. Every question was answered, every email was responded to and every text came back in a timely manner. He also sent me pictures via text during the process to keep me in the loop and address any issues. At no time did he make me feel like I was bothering him or asking too many questions. This level of service is rare and is truly the forefront of the business that Chuck is running. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, at any time, for anything. Well done my friend... Upcoming pinball enthusiasts will be calling you in the future for sure!

I would highly recommend Diamond Collision for car repairs! They are super professional, makes it very easy when working thru GEICO & does the repair within estimated time. The paint is matched mostly in-house & matched my color on the dot. It looks like nothing ever happened! Thanks to Chuck & his team for a great job working on my Trax! I appreciated everything you all did for me!

Picked up my mother's car today. Outstanding job thanks to Chuck and his crew. Got out to start the car, and the battery was dead. Mary couldn't have been nicer, and here comes her husband to the rescue, came out charge the battery let it run and these people are outstanding! I cannot say enough about Diamond Collision. My good friend Sharon recommended them. This was my 4th accident in almost 3 years (3 were not my fault). I took my car in on Monday and by Friday I picked it up. It looks great and Chuck and Mary were so helpful. I hope I don't have another accident, but if I do I will definitely go to Diamond.
