The place is always messy. All the products are still in boxes from shipment on U-boats in the Isles. If there was ever a fire it would be hard to get out quickly. Not enough room in the isles to get a wheel chair or walker down. Always only 1 cashier and the line is always wrapped around to the back of the store.

It's a very messy and dirty store! Also, it's extremely cluttered! The last few times I went there I left without my purchases because the line was almost to the back of the store with only ONE cashier!!!
I went to the Bay Road store and was in and out without a problem. It's a clean, organized store with self checkouts and friendly, and helpful clerks.
I will NOT shop at the Ridge Road store ever again.

One cashier and two OUTSIDE smoking while the line goes to the back of the Store where the Employee store room is …. SMOKERS Should have to CLOCK OUT TO SMOKE !!!! Period

Went in there to buy two items went to do cashback. Old lady ignorant as hell as always when you go in there. She asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said no and then she said have a good day without giving me my cash back so I said there should be $50 cash back on there and she states I need to let her know when I want cash back because they might not have enough in the drawer so I went ahead and informed her that she should probably put a note up somewhere so people know not to select cashback, unless letting them know to check their drawer so she states that she can’t do that so I snatched my belongings and walked out and told her she was a waste of space because none of that makes sense and no wonder why you work at Dollar tree

I was in there this morning and an old lady was using a walker someone had spilled a drink in the cash out line and employee came over old lady said to the kid better kid the mop. The kid (employee) named Jake told the old lady to f*** off and to F**k herself along with other words I wont use it was absolutely awful!!! The woman was in her 90s I was so uncomfortable wish I would of spoke up but the kid didn't care how he spoke to a elderly woman I was honestly scared! One woman in line confronted him he proceeded to cus at her store was full of people idc of that kid thought she was rude or anything you work with the public who speaks to someone like that I don't normally shop there I prefer Ontario location I won't ever shop there again I will be calling every day to make sure or in till Jake is fired absolutely unprofessional rude cruel

Store is great people are kind and always willing to help no matter what the store is busy sometimes but that’s a given great selection of items to be shopped and store is always clean and organized the employees there always do there best for the customers!

This store is one of the best stores unlike others in rochester that's messy this is a lot cleaner and every one that works their is extremely nice and will help u find somthing even if they are stocking or what not and have of these reviews that ppl say are extremely funny and Don make any sense at all the only time the store is a mess is when they do resets other than that it's a very good store and I'm given it five stars
