I got a New York state inspection and my coolant light on my car was on so they did a coolant change and flush. They got me in promptly and service it well. I can depend on them

My 90-year-old mother called ahead ordered tires for her car. They tried to sell her on an upgrade. She said no thank you and ordered the less $$ ones at $400. She drove in through snowy conditions for her appointment, sat there for an hour only for these idiots to tell her they did not order the correct tires and the only ones they had were the ones they tried to upgrade her to in the first place, for twice as much at $800. These people are simply trying to take advantage of an old person which is disgusting. I know Dunn has been around for a long time, but with stunts like this I hope they are not around for much longer. Despicable.

Webster Dunn is great. Adam was able to schedule my appointment over the phone and it only took an hour to get my new snows mounted and balanced. I’ve been going to this location for years and will continue to do so. Great service. Thank you.

I've only been to this location twice and because of their great service great prices total professionalism I won't go anywhere else. First time I went was to have oversized tires put on custom rims, when they were finished there was not a scratch anywhere on the rims, couldn't be happier.
The second time I went was for a flat repair and dismount / discard if four tires for a price so low im not going to mention it here.
I'll be seeing them soon for an alignment on my subaru outback and my Humvee (not hummer) ;-)
