I recommended my former tax preparer to my son and his wife after having done business with them for three years. In the name of solidarity I choose to seek a new service after our previous preparer did not complete their taxes until the absolute federal deadline. In addition, they were very slow to respond to questions throughout the process. I chose Emerald based on positive feedback from friends and co-workers. My Emerald tax preparation fee was $75,00 less than my previous tax preparer. I found the reception staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. While dropping off documents during my second visit I was introduced to Gary, the owner, as he passed through the reception area. Upon first entering Emerald I was immediately introduced to Tom, my tax preparer. After our initial meeting he shared his personal phone number. Every subsequent text or voicemail question was responded to in less than 24 hours. My tax returns were completed within a week. I will definitely return to Emerald for my future tax preparation needs!

1St Time and Last time for Emerald Tax in Webster NY just Nonexistent Customer Service! I was treated as Just a number and money grab, honestly creepy experience! I had a below satisfactory experience with Emerald Tax Services in Webster NY with Greg S. and your service is poor, You need to do Better! Ist time and last time for the amount of money I paid you! You don't feel like you need to return phone calls? Still waiting and when the customer receives a letter for your processing and filing of business taxes you Better answer the customer and Help! You charge too much for the lack of service and underwhelming experience that was given to me! Still waiting for a call back and it's been 2 Months your Horrendous!
