People here are ALWAYS rude and very unhappy looking when I've come to get my eyebrows done. Always talking to each other in a different language.. never ever to us other than "ok" at the end. They used to do a thorough job, waxing, plucking, trimming, even showing you with a mirror at the end. They upped their prices not too long ago, which, now their service has gotten EXTREMELY poor. Not worth their new prices. Now they very quickly (and aggressively!) wax and you're all set. They don't even show you with a mirror. Every time i get home, i have to go back through and clean up what they didn't do.

Don't go here. Took my girlfriend to get her nails done and I was not impressed at all. The actual work itself was not terrible and they did have decent pricing, but everything was very unprofessional. There was an employee sleeping on the couch in the waiting area, the chairs were are torn up, and the only concious person in the shop could not speak english.

Me and my grandma recently moved back to Webster from Florida and needed a new nail place to go to. We got this recommendation from one of her friends. I saw nothing wrong with the place as I first walked in. After taking a look around and seeing the prices my jaw dropped. They charge $3 to shorten a nail and $5 to get a new one put on??? Ridiculous. We decided it was cheaper to pay for a full set. I was excited to get my nails done because it'd been such a long time. I don't remember the employees name but i'm pretty sure it was the only guy working there. He sat me down at his station and asked what I wanted done. I told him a full set, as time went on he only ended up replacing five of the nails because he was too unskilled to get the rest off. In the process of taking one of the nails off, he dug right through one of them into my nail bed. Then proceeded to stick my bleeding nail in a small pot of acetone. After he applied the acrylic he put the brush he'd just used in the small pot of acetone my bloody nail was in. So gross and unsanitary!!!! He also was very distracted while doing my train wreck of a manicure that he looked outside the window while drilling my nail down and continued to drill into the side of my finger making one bleed, he then ignored it and confined. At the end, I like how they were done and how they grew out but it wasn't worth all that pain. A week later they started to lift up and some have now fallen off. I will never be giving this company my money again.

The lady sitting at the reception desk was very rude, did a terribly painful job of a pedicure, and when I yelped in pain she rolled her eyes. At the end when I pointed out that I needed a toe fixed she said she can't get to that spot. Also it's very overpriced. Take your money and go to lovely nails instead.

We LOVE FANCY NAILS!! I frequently go and at Christmas I give 6 of my girls our annual pedicures as a gift! They easily accommodate all of us...Thank you Lonin & Helen♡♡ Best place ever!!

Awful experience. The women working there were extremely rude. They ignored questions and only talked to one another in Chinese. I asked the woman doing my manicure to not cut my cuticles and she argued with my and do it anyway. She cut them so short my cuticles have been stinging and peeling even two weeks after. I got a gel manicure. It was extremely rushed and the end result was sloppy. Polish was left all over my fingers. Gel manicures are supposed to last at least two weeks and mine lasted maybe three days before the polish peeled off. I'm not super surprised since they use generic brand polishes that I've never heard of. And they have the balls to charge $28 for a gel manicure! I had to wait 15 minutes after my manicure was done to pay because the woman walked away and started giving someone else a pedicure. I should've just walked out! I've never had a worse experience. DO NOT GO HERE.
