I had a great experience at the FedEx Office in Webster, NY. Crystal was incredibly thoughtful and thorough in helping me process 10 packages. She carefully made sure everything was accurately labeled and even stayed a past closing to ensure it was all done correctly. Her professionalism and attention to detail were truly appreciated—thank you, Crystal!

Crystal was extremely helpful in mailing my 8 different boxes to different locations. She helped me get the best rate and had a smile on her face the whole time. Definitely the best fedex experience I’ve had! :)

They are commonly closed during their supposed open hours. Not fun to drive all the way there and have the doors locked when the hours say it's open. Bc of this location I avoid FedEx and use UPS any time I can.

Tianna needs to learn some customer service skills. I go to FedEx office as they usually can help me and assist me with maybe some issues I am having. This FedEx WAS AWFUL when I asked questions she just flat out told me no and I had to ask multiple times untie manager chimed in and gave a somewhat decent response…and provided no solutions.

I had a huge print project to get done, but the people at Webster FedEx made it an easy process! Tim, Tianna and Mike were all super helpful and friendly despite all my questions and asks to see pricing for different configurations. I would recommend this store for your copy, print and shipping needs.

We were thrilled to have the manager, Mike, help us. Unfortunately we had to return some equipment to Direct TV, ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING dealing with them, and Mike was incredibly resourceful and patient in helping us! He went the extra distance in trying to resolve the problem, thanks!

I bought the label online for my eBay selling. I calculated everything correctly, the weight, dimensions. I paid for the label through eBay platform, it was discounted (because eBay has contract with FedEx) around $15-17. But later in a couple months, when I checked my bill for this shipping, it was $34. As a result, they charged me double. I will never use the Fed Ex again and I don't recommend it.

Went here to get 300 prints of Gospel tracts done and the price plus service was great. Skip out on going to Staples on hard road and get your printing needs done here

I used the store several times to ship packages. And I've had nothing but positive experiences. The customer service representative are friendly and they've helped me choose which method to ship my packages. This is definitely a recommended place for shipping packages.
