An emergency repair was needed on our vehicle and our current service couldn’t see it for a week and a half. Finn diagnosed it the next day and repaired the following. Service was professional with a fair price. It’s good to know Finn is there for emergency service.

Finns Automotive did a such a great job on replacing my radiator for my 2013 Tahoe that I had went back to have the oil changed for my truck there! Everyone that works at Finns is very kind and friendly! Finns Automotive is also very reasonably priced! I will definitely take my truck to Finns Automotive from now on! Bob is a great guy!

Finn's has great service. I called on a Wednesday about a noise my car was making and talked with Bob. He said they could look at it Friday. I dropped the car off Thursday night after closing using the key envelope drop off by the front door. Bob called shortly after 9 on Friday with the diagnosis, and they had it repaired by 11. We were able to pay over the phone and pick up, again after closing. The whole process was quick and convenient, Bob was friendly and helpful, and the pricing was reasonable for brakes and rotor replacement.

Fast and efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, which most places just keep you waiting around for an hour or more!!

Finn’s will be my garage from now on. They diagnosed a problem I’ve been dealing with off and on the entire time I’ve owned my used car. For 5 years nobody realized that the issue was the aftermarket automatic starter the previous owner had installed. They spent the time to diagnose the problem and referred me to another local company that could take care of that very specific issue.
I requested they replace the battery and they could’ve done that and charged me for time and the battery, but they didn’t, they actually solved my problem that has been consistently overlooked by sending me elsewhere for such a niche problem. I owe them big time and I’m taking it there from now on!

Not sure why I let myself be pushed to deleting my previous review. One that's almost identical to another here. Apparently the new owner doesn't want to help at all because of a "bad review". Well it's an honest one, and wasn't expecting much help in return to begin with.
Long story short...I've been a loyal customer to Finns for the last few years. But within the last year, I've had to have my car brought in several times for reoccurring issues. It was about a total of $5+k just in the last year spent in having things fixed with my car.
Where in the end, just a few days ago having to spend another $1200 somewhere else to fix almost everything.
Finns repeatedly put bad parts in my car. Didn't bother checking my records every time I brought it in to have things fixed. I was leaking oil for months after my oil change/inspection. All due to a cap being cracked/over tightened. I saved myself another $500 on a part they didn't bother to check and see they had just fixed it TWICE in the last year. No matter what, it seemed that in a matter of weeks, my check engine light would come back on for the same problems. And now I have my answers.
As stated above, I'm not sure why I let something as silly as someone saying they don't want to help because of a bad review. A good company would probably want to rectify a situation no matter what. Maybe then I would have changed my review. But I'm here instead giving an even more honest answer. Unless things turn around at this location, I would save your money, and time, and seek elsewhere.

Had my oil changed on my truck a few months back. Today I was doing some work under the hood and noticed that my oil cap was never put back on when they did the oil change. Luckily my oil level is still where it is suppose to be.

FINNS automotive!!! Amazing little gem that I found from reviews on Facebook, spoke to the owner James and he was great and very knowledgeable! We needed our brakes fixed, dropped off that night and I picked up the next day at 12!! They were fixed in no time! I found my new auto shop! Extremely professional, honest and quality work at a great great price! Need work done?! Go to Finns!

Save your receipts! We have been loyal costumers for the past 4 years. In the past year I've spent well over $3k at Finns and will not be spending $1 more. I started to notice that the past 3 services I was charged $800+ which prompted me to look through my reciepts. I noticed that over the span of one year (~10K miles) they needed to replace my rear breaks AND calipers (which are very expensive) TWICE which leads me to suspect that the job was likely not done properly the first time which required them to "fix" their own mistake the second time (charging me $1700 each time). Sadly, I regret not checking into this sooner.
The final straw was my most recent service which I scheduled for an oil change and NYS inspection and they found more things wrong. I was ok with fixing these issues and I was quoted $460 over the phone. Today I picked up my car and the charge was listed as $780. On top of this, they now started charging 3.5% for using a credit card which adds up pretty quickly when you're already spending an arm and a leg for services.
Sadly, I will not be returning to Finns again and I very much doubt that they will do anything to rectify the situations above. I would advise everyone to be mindful of their charges and save all service receipts. As a woman, it's disappointing to come to the realization that most mechanics will take advantage of naive people who have little knowledge about cars and exploit them for every dollar they can.
