I went to Mavis first in Webster and got the worst customer service possible. Drew at Firestone was a big help. He got me just the tires I needed at the right price. Nice and easy smooth transaction. I would highly recommend going to Firestone and seeing Drew.

Was able to schedule an alignment (lifetime) with Drew for my stepsons car. While I waited, he was researching recalls and found 5 (we called Honda and found that they had been completed). Drew also offered pointers on general maintenance to share with my stepson.
