The team was great, I had a bolt stuck in my tire that was causing air to leak out quickly. They got me in and out in the time quoted. Fast and friendly service, and kept me updated with the status of my car.

Didn't fix the problem and made it worse after paying over $3,000. My car is unsafe to drive now. Wish I had done my research to see this company has awful reviews.

Staff was wonderful to work with and very apologetic for all my trouble. With that being said I will never go back. A Simple mounting of tires took two whole days and $1500 later, still had to get another shop to fix the air leak and Firestone mechanics breaking all four of my tire sensors. Sensors were all fine when I arrived the first day. The total cost included one tire they said I had to buy because apparently the four I brought in had one that was damaged.

I dropped off my car first in the morning for an inspection. They didn't get to my inspection until 3pm in the afternoon. Why was I skipped until the last batch? I dropped off my car first.
The person responded to my complaint is a joke. Calls me when I was at work. Didn't even respond back to my email. This company is a joke. Go somewhere else for your car repair.

The price was good. The service, not so good. I had a 3:00 pm appointment on Saturday (I got there at 2:45) but my car didn’t get into the garage bay until 4:20 pm. When I finally checked out I was told they only had three of the four tires I ordered. So, they put those three on and one temporary tire until I come back on Monday, when they will put the proper tire on to replace the temporary one. They said because of the long wait and having to come back they wouldn’t charge me for the fourth tire. That was good. However when I finally got my car, with three of its four new tires it was 6:25 pm and I still need to go back in two days. I sat around the store for over 3 hours
I went back today, Monday for my 12 o’clock meeting, and they told me they didn’t know anything about my missing tire. They told me to come back in two hours when the person who waited on me comes in.
Well I went back at 2:00 pm, and guess what? That’s right no sales person from Saterday showed up. Finally I spoke with another person, Tony, who checked it out for me and said I was to get a fourth tire. However, they still didn’t have the tire in stock. I thanked Tony and asked him to please call me as soon the tire was available. I left at 2:30 and now I’m waiting for a phone call.
On Friday I received a call from a second Firestone store in Webster to bring my car in on Saturday morning to replace the temporary tire.
I just came back from Firestone (Saturday, December 7) and they didn’t have my tire. They told me the other store has the tire and if go there they’ll put it on. I asked, did they actually see the tire? Because they have said in the past they had the tire but didn’t. They assured me they had the tire at the other location. As I was walking out they called me back and said how sorry they were but the other store doesn’t really have the tire after all. This is getting to be a comedy act. However I did talk to Lou, the store manager, and he said “when I physically touch the tire, I will call you and take 10 minutes to put it on.”
December 10th: I finally got my fourth tire.

Drew failed my vehicle . Stating that the tint was too dark and went too long on the windshield. Took the car home scraped it all off took it back. While I'm waiting I noticed a lexis
In the parking lot with window tint very dark on the windows as well as over the 6-in maximum on the windshield. Here's the funny part. I mentioned it to Drew and he said that was his car LOL. So apparently if you work for Firestone you're actually above the laws of new York state. Must be nice to be able to slap a sticker on your car and not have to worry about the inspection laws. Maybe I need to get a job at Firestone so I don't have to worry about inspection stickers anymore. There is a sign out front that says they're hiring and that would be a nice perk. Finding an honest , good mechanic is literally like finding gold. This Firestone is sadly far far from that.

I’ve never felt the need to write a review until now. My whole family has brought their cars here for years. I’ve called for a slow leak in my tire since March. Ive came back 4 now 5 times for this same reason. WILL was dismissive of my concerns stating “don’t make any assumptions” to my face. Since then I’ve spent over $1,300 to fix other things on my car BUT the tire which should be under warranty until VERY recently (ironic). Last visit a worker said Will didn’t even put it in the notes! Upon picking it up WILL told me they “took care of it” and put on paper “new tire” when they just spread sealant sloppily around the tire. It is now low AGAIN bc it was never fixed. Do yourself a favor and drive the few miles to the other Firestone and if you’re a woman don’t even bother coming here!!!! Sorry excuse of an establishment.

Very poor customer service. I had an appointment at 4:30pm and arrived at the shop at 4:20pm. I was told that “they had me down at 4:00pm and that they had already taken and started on drop-offs.” I brought up my email confirmation showing my appointment time. I again was told that they had me down for 4:00pm. No apology, no empathy for their error. That would have made a world of difference in my experience there today as I understand that mistakes happen. It was just a defensive and accusatory tone directed at me. I will never go to a Firestone again. I will bring my business elsewhere.

3 out of 4 tires don't hold air after getting my tires changed. I wouldn't recommend getting your tires done here

Kept my car for 3 days, manager is a lair. Said he called but never did I waited but my phone never received a call. They don’t care all you get from this place are lies and headaches

They always treat me very well and deliver far above expectations. They squeezed me in last minute on a holiday to correct a fix it ticket. The manager was already there longer than scheduled. Really appreciate these guys.

Booked an appointment because I wanted my winter tires exchanged for my summer and I had a coupon for a “free oil change. ” I had the coupon because their service was so terrible last time they gave it to me to. I swore I wouldn’t go there again but time passed and I thought I’d take advantage of a free oil change. When it was time to pay they charged me $125 for the oil change and told me my coupon was only good for $40. No where on the coupon did it say that. I was late to pick up kids at school because of terrible service and didn’t have time to fight. This place takes advantage of women and scammed me. I will not return and highly recommend no one does.
