Not able to talk to a person about my bill

Installer bent the cable during install and no internet for 2.5 days. Called tech support and had to talk to 7 diiferent people before a supervisor named Shen said she would call me the next day. She never called. The tech that came out said frontier hires subcontractors to do the installs and they routinely screw things up that the field techs have to fix. The installer also left a huge hole in my siding. I received a voicemail from the damage claims dept today and when I called back I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes before verifying all my information by Trixie before being transferred to the supervisor, Shen again. She asked me why the installer had cut a large hole in my siding. I told her that she needed to ask him that since frontier had hired him. She said she needed to put something for the ticket. She kept talking over me. I again said she needed to ask the installer and she actually hung up on me. I’m in the process of switching to another company. Avoid Frontier at all costs.

No option to speak with a person when trying to pay a bill over the phone. For a company with 'Communications' in the name your really failing at communicating if your 100% dependent on automated systems to communicate with your clients. Especially when it comes to billing. You would think a company would be happy to invest in a department that accepts payments - but I guess you had to cheap out there huh? Extremely frustrating. It was DIFFICULT to give you my money for service and that's just bad business.

I have been work out internet for 2 days now an can't get ahold of no one after y try after try so now my son's coming over not happy because he's switching me over to spectrum internet he tells me better I'm not sure but frontier leaves me no choice thank u
