Update: store closed leaving customers with unused massage credits. Corporate felt that driving 3 hours each way to use massage credits at the nearest location in operation was acceptable.

Business closed abruptly, leaving me with many unused packages and gift cards. Corporate will not reimburse me. This was handled very poorly.

Went to schedule appt , closed , I have 7 months that are paid for, what now ?!?!
