Went to get a voided check for my paid family leave since I just had a baby. Told me my bank acct isn't set up to receive voided checks so they said they would have to change it to a smart checking account but my card and everything else would remain unaffected. 24 hours later to get my voided check I stopped at a gas station to put gas in my vehicle just to find out my cards declined. Called KeyBank and wouldnt you know? My cards shut off and a new one will be sent to me in 3-5 business days... Today is Friday and now the new card won't even be sent out until Monday where I THEN have to wait 3-5 business days. So I'll be going a whole freaking week with no access to my card to purchase essentials for my recently born child. Just shut this branch down at this point. They obviously can't hire communicative or knowledgeable representatives and the past review reflect this.

This is the worse / unprofessional Bank I’ve ever came across, the representatives provide incorrect information, communication between representatives doesn’t seem as if it even exist, notes being made on my account are incorrect, it took me 6 months to get one concern answered, when I went to my primary bank I was told a different location I’ve never been to was my primary so I was sent around as if no body cared, when explaining my concerns I feel un heard, the bank discretion is a joke and they rob you of your own money and call it fees that can’t be explained. I can’t believe it took me 6 months to get an answer regarding my account no letters regarding change to my account was never sent I had to find out on my own. Representatives do not care to help you or go above and beyond to satisfy their members just white and black with them. Do not bank here if you don’t want to be treated as just a number and not a loyal member.

Lazy and unprofessional staff working in the cubicles. My mother passed a year ago. We had a joint account. I brought in her death certificate to have her removed from the account. Young man there absolutely refused to do it, stating it wasn't necessary. I could tell he was just plain lazy. Now I wish to close the account altogether but am running into problems b/c no longer living near a branch. Customer service states I cannot do over phone b/c I have to bring in her death certificate to a branch. I knew this would happen. In general, this bank (not just this branch but KEY BANK overall) has absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I speak as a middle aged professional with a doctorate. I will be glad to be rid of them!

Speaking from someone who worked in banking for many years, I do not recommend this branch. Poor communication. Application submitted incorrectly and tried to push us into a product we do not need or want. Does not provide provide correct information. Does not follow banking protcols. Absolute train wreck of an experience. Go somewhere else.

Too few tellers and account managers for the amount of foot traffic. Simple transactions take TOO LONG. With better banking and better savings rates through pure online banking, I'm not sure how long I will stay with Key Bank. I've only had my account for a few months and am I ready to go to a new bank. P.S. Other locations, like Brockport, are just as slow.
