Came to Kohls this evening to return Amazon Prime order. The rear of the store kiosk was closed. Upon returning to the front I suggested to put a sign up at the entrance to save people time.
Thomas ignored the suggestion.
While returning a lady walked in the store with an Amazon package.
Me - “Miss the return is closed at rear. Returns are here.”
“see Thomas how that works.”
Our Assistant Manager Thomas stopped checking my return and said take it to staples.

I went in to purchase a few things and was told I could get more Kohl's cash with 5 dollars more, I added a package of cookie. Turns out something I purchased didn't count so I didn't receive the Kohl's cash. This was fine, until I leave the store and try the cookies, they were delicious but, they expired in October of 2024. I went in to return them and didn't receive an apology or anything. Check your food dates before you purchase I guess. Severely disappointed.

Even though there wasn't an associate in the shoe dept, when I went to checkout the cashier helped me verify that the boots I has tried on were on sale.

One star is too much. Casher could not count 3 quarters and the five nickels I gave her. After applying "Kohl's cash," my receipt came to $6.99. As luck would have it, I had 6 one dollar bills, and a dollar in change (3 quarters and 5 nickels). I counted the change out for the cashier. She looked confused and consulted her phone (twice) for help with the calculations the situation required. It didn't help as she could not correctly input the values of the coins. During this ridiculousness, I told her three times she owed me a penny, and I would also like my receipt.

Cashier at the Webster, NY store was VERY short with me. I asked her to please be patient & she was rude. Guess I'm now debating whether to keep shopping @ Kohl's or start shopping at Macy's

This is a great store. I believe they made a mistake, however, in setting up more self checkouts than attended checkouts and making the returns and purchase registers in the same area.

I like the selection but the "normal" prices are ridiculously high. Everything's about the discount, special coupons, Kohl's Cash, things that make the prices normal. Thank goodness I have a wife who has figured it out.

The lines in this store are RIDICULOUS… everything takes an hour… you can’t even pick up your own online order.. you have to join the thousands already waiting in the customer service line..
