Horrible experience here today. Had a french manicure fill done and felt like the entire process was rushed, nails are uneven, sloppy, and I walked out with gel stuck all around my nails. I even asked the service tech to paint the top of the of the nail white so they look good from all angles (as the techs do every time I get a fill - obviously don’t normally go here) and he refused. there is a massive lack of attention to detail and seriously disappointed in the service quality. Would not recommend. Find somewhere else to get your nails done.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star. I've been coming here for 2 years with always a 5 star service. I made an appointment a few weeks ago 3 days in advance. I arrived 10 minutes early to select colors and was told they didn't have time for me. I was stunned. I guess the walk-ins took precedence over a regular appointment client. As you can tell, it still bothers me since Rose and Tom's work is great. I guess they forgot to book my appointment on their calendar. I really needed that appointment since I was going away.

Not my favorite salon experience :( I love trying out small businesses when I can but I will not be going back to Maiden Nails. The photos were taken right after getting home.
Pros: guy who did them was very nice, only $45 for a mani and spa pedi
Cons: cuticle got cut which made my nail bleed everywhere, polish was put on too thickly and not given a chance to dry between coats, some polish got on the skin around my nail, equipment and space in general could use a deep clean

we went to maiden nails thinking we were going to get a great experience but my nails were Great but my friends were terrible. The sides are very rough. The filing job is bad I am very sorry to write this review, but it is very true. And I hope she will be able to get this fixed and there’s like crumbs under the nail also, the nail feels like it is dented.

Went with my daughter and had a wonderful pedicure! My daughter got a full set that came out beautiful. Tom was super friendly and the prices here beat all others! Will definitely be back. :)

I had a pedicure and brow wax. It was nice. Only thing I didn't like was he didn't massage my feet much only my legs. Would definitely return!!!!

I started going here about 7 months ago and I love it! They do a great job on my nails and they treat me respectfully.I recommend then for sure.
