Went in to the store today to get the home internet and Emilie was amazing! I was only there for 10 maybe 15 minutes. Very great store and employee! So far reccomend their internet 100%!

I switched my sim to metro. I am extremely satisfied with the experience I got from the store. It was smooth. Lady working there made the process really easy.

Never open till the hours they say they are supposed to be which is extremely inconvenient. They say 7pm but you're lucky if they are open until 6:15

I was Overcharged just for having my number moved to another phone. You can’t call No answer. They took 42.00 from my account.called Metro Directly and was told 21.00 was taken out.I Believe I am owed a Refund. Not Happy

Yes, I've been with Metro for many years. Great service, reasonable monthly plan, and you can purchase an unlocked phone. You can't go wrong!!! Even though they offer many great phones. I bought an unlocked 2022 Motorola g 5g Stylus at Best Buy.

Ordered a phone Friday the 26th of feb and was told the I would get a call when my phone came i with delivery. Was given a number to text so Monday which is today I text the number at 11am. I was told I’d receive a message when the phone came back in stock. Around 5 o’clock I text the number again asking if it was any updates or if I would still be expecting my phone today and got no response. Had to call the store to get a answer and still wasn’t able to get my phone. Poor customer service for sure wouldn’t recommend at all.

Went there just to activate my new phone because my old one broke and was over charged called other stores and they said it was $23 dollar's for service and was charged $86 dollars the employee was super shady must be running a scam over there can't get a hold of owner also

Was with this carrier 4 years and the first three were good. The last year it has gone down the tubes and I am very glad to be rid of their service. The reps know very little and just seem to either say the problem is your own fault or to call some 800 number where the rep knows even less.Too bad, as they used to be good. I went to T Mobile themselves.and am vey glad I did.

The store is super clean and the woman that was working helped my family switch all of our phones. I will have my daughter and son come here for their yearly upgrades. Kudos to you Lillian!

We have been there 3/4 different times throy the week. They're always closed. Today has a sign in the door " be back in 30". Don't say what time it was written. Waited for over an hour for them to open back up. Nothing. We just left.

Avoid this store if you value your hard earned money! I went to this location to port in my wife's number from another carrier and they charged more than they should have to port everything over. When I asked the associate at the desk to give me a receipt for my transaction they refused to do so! I could not contact the manager of the store because the employees refused to give me the contact information for him. Every time I called this store back they kept telling me that the manager was going to get in touch with me "tomorrow". They have no problem taking your money but you are nothing to them once they have what they want. Be careful here!
