.Drop my truck off for an alignment came to pick it up later. They put 50 miles on my truck and also they also put a dent and scratches on my back bed of my truck.

I really wanted to give these guys a better rating but unfortunately I cannot. They either have inexperienced or improperly trained technicians or they are just lazy and don't handle parts with care. I had my '21 Tacoma and my wife's '21 RAV4 there within a month to have tires replaced. Both cars left Midas with damaged, improperly weighted and balanced rims. They paid to have the rims on my Tacoma repaired by a company based in Albany that they "work with" which is why I decided to give them another chance and take my wife's RAV4 there a couple weeks later. Her rims were also damaged and not balanced correctly though. The damage wasn't as severe so I didn't pursue repairs through them. I don't really understand how this could have even happened in the first place. Since these events, I've talked to other mechanics and they all use plastic tools when removing tired from painted, aluminum rims. Which makes me think the techs at Midas are not properly trained or just don't really care if they do damage to parts that look basically brand new. The fact that the wheels on both cars weren't balanced correctly is also unacceptable. Both of us had shaky steering wheels over 60mph. I had to pay another shop to re-weight and balance both cars. I really think the management staff there are good people I just think they need some serious improvements in their training programs or something.

Been here more than once which is not smart of me because I genuinely distrust and dislike this shop. Feels like I get charged more than book time and the hourly shop rate is already robbery. I never got out of there for less than $400 for even the smallest repairs. Small repairs can take long also, but they do get a lot of customers so maybe something is just wrong with me

Awesome service and honest Empire location in Webster I sat with 2 regular customers that have trusted them for years. My radiator was about to go and it ended up just being a clamp! They were slammed busy so my husband picked me up. The fix was done within a couple hours if that. The cost was reasonable for sure. Any other place would have gouged the price. Im sold I will have my vehicle serviced here when needed.

I ordered tires online and had them shipped to Midas for installation. After I left the shop with the new tires I started noticing a metallic knocking sound coming from one of the tires and immediately went back. I was told it was that the brakes needed to be replaced and sent on my way. Weird, the brakes never had an issue before the new tires. Well, Midas, it turns out it wasn’t the brakes! The technician had left a wheel weight INSIDE the tire and it was just clanking around…inside the tire! Don’t worry though, a different company found the issue and fixed it.

Diagnosed my car (p.s. nothing was wrong with it :D), topped off fluids and air in tires and tried to send me off with no charge! As someone new to the area, I appreciate the honesty and kindness and it won't be forgotten. Thank you Kevin & Rich and the whole crew - I will definitely be back for future service (but hopefully not? LOL)

I went in to get a tire looked at and found I had a larger problem with a blown oil coolant system.
Rich and his team got me in the following day, and they had everything fixed and ready to go the next day at a great price.
4 new tires and a replacement of the oil coolant system done in a day.
