With the cooler weather the last few days my tire gauge on the dash was going crazy ! I stopped into this shop and they were happy to top off all my tires on the spot, thank you for your great service!

The manager of the Webster my store, Rosalinda Justiniano, was excellent. Helpful, knowledgeable and gave me good advice about what my car needed. Very fast turnaround too.

I arrived for my scheduled inspection only to have the employee, Rosa walk right back in telling me she couldn't inspect the car because the windows were tinted and that NYS doesn't allow tinted windows on sedans (which is the type of vehicle I brought in.) I said there is an allowable percentage and she disagreed with me. I went out to the car for a moment to check the NYSDMV website and the percentage is 30% as long as there is 70% light allowed through the glass. I went back inside to enlighten Rosa and she told me she couldn't do it. I then said, so you are refusing to do it! She replied yes and then tried telling me she did not have the tool to measure the tint. She should have told me that the first time. I then left. It is mandatory for any business that offers car inspections to have the proper equipment. I will no longer be bringing my business there.

I made an online appointment and when I got there they told me they didn’t have anything for today and that what i was looking to get done would take hours. The man behind the counter raised his voice at me when he was telling me it would take hours and they it wasn’t that simple. Why would it let me make an appointment if they can’t do it? Very bad customer service especially when it’s hard for people to get out and do things like this and get discouraged by situations like this. Definitely not taking my car back there.

Brought my car in for a used car inspection. They saw me within an hour and gave me a full rundown for the condition of the car I was buying used. Tim was a pleasure hearing from and told me his honest opinion which was much appreciated.

I booked an appointment online for an oil change. The drop off time frame was 1pm-7pm. I arrived at 4:40 and was told I did not have an appointment and online bookings don't work. I was told by the female behind the counter that she was leaving in a few minutes and that the mechanic didn't have time. I booked another appointment, but I won't be returning here, which is a shame, I have been coming here for a few years, booked online, never had issues or encounters like this one where the help had a crappy attitude. Needed to share this to warn others.

Worst service ever will not be returning already switched to new garage showed up for my scheduled appointment and they weren’t even open waited 40 minutes and nothing nobody showed up came back Monday after contacting them about it left my car at 7:30 am with them they call me at 1:30 saying they couldn’t do it that their machine was broken so drove around for days illegally because of their incompetence will never be back new garage is MINT!!!

Well I called Thursday to schedule and inspection rob told me to come in Friday for and appointment at 9 am so I dropped it off never got any call updated so I had to show up to get status update car was there Saturday shop was not open at all had to call corporate to get a hold of a general manger Tim because it was racing and back window were open rob stated it would be done by Friday afternoon but was not and no phoncal at all then I’ve called 4 times Sunday and yet again I had to show up to talk to someone at this point I’m annoyed and rob said well if you get tires all will pass the car inspection so he stated he had the tires in shop and stated car will be ready no later then 12 Sunday called to get update and no one picked up phone after the third time I showed up to shop yet again the proceed to tell me he only had 2 out of 4 tires fo install was very disappointed with service and I’m not sure if I would return back

I took my car here when I popped a tire and needed a new set. Big mistake, as it took this shop FOUR visits to get a decent tire balance and for my car to drive straight afterwards. After a tire rotation a few months later at a different shop, they realized one of the tires was defective, and had to start the painstaking trial and error all over again. No joke I’ve probably sat in their waiting area for 10-15 more hours than should ever be necessary for something like this, nonetheless the time and money spent repetitively driving out to them for more visits.

I made an appointment to change my tires at 1:30 pm and upon arrival, I was told they won’t be able to get to it by 4, but they may be able to in between. So I left my car there until 4 and took an uber home. I still don’t hear from them at 5:45pm so I call and I get no answer. I get another uber there and was told the technician left early and he forgot to tell me. My entire day was gone and now I’ve wasted $30 of uber rides just for nothing to get done. I wouldn’t recommend service at all with them.

Skip this shop. Where do I start…the Comic Book Guy behind the counter insists that my vehicle would only take fully synthetic oil according to their computer system which is considerably more expensive. Then my car failed inspection due to brakes and rotor…they wanted $800 to fix it. So I chose to take the failed inspection, purchased my own parts and have the Mobile Mechanic coming to my garage to do the work for a fraction of the prices. The service person that worked on the car left the necessary paperwork for the failed inspection on the floor of the car, stepped on it which left the document wet and dirty. Apparently their oil changes do not come with topping of fluids, like windshield washer fluid which is standard for every other service place. They didn’t bother to scrape the last oil mileage sticker from my last oil change at Monro, and certainly didn’t leave a new one. After all of this, I have to hope they actually changed the oil.
