I had my Nissan rogue towed in from Seneca Falls after a deer hit me dropped it off at Gerber collision at night then on Monday after contacting Geico they had an adjuster come in right away. They also hooked me up with a rental car grabber collision ordered parts and even gave me a new back hatch cover in my back of my car Did a great job a week and a half later Looks brand new Great customer service and contacted me every step of the way. Bob handled my work. I give them a 10 for timing and work ethics ya

Someone hit my car and this was State Farms pick for me to get it repaired. They did a great job on the repairs. Their customer service was stellar. Communication with spot on they texted every couple days and called me when they needed to. All in all it was a great experience and my car looks amazing!

I was very impressed with my experience. My vehicle was repaired quickly, and the entire staff kept me informed as to the progress. It came back looking like new and clean inside and out. Totally recommend.

This place is fantastic. We moved up here from Louisiana and my husband hit a deer in our 2021 Nissan Rogue. It took awhile to get the vehicle in but they let us drop it off a few days prior to the scheduled maintenance. They had our vehicle back to us a little over a week. The work is impeccable and the staff was extremely friendly and continued giving us updates. We will continue taking our business to them. Thank you!

I was rear ended by another car who had their insurance through Progressive. Progressive told me they could set me up with a nearby shop to fix the dent in my car and set me up with Gerber Collision. I could not have been happier with the entire process. Gerber worked directly with both Progressive and a nearby car rental (Enterprise) to make this an absolutely painless experience for me-- Progressive, Gerber and Enterprise communicated seamlessly and kept me in the loop along the way. They fixed my car to the point where you would have no idea there was ever a dent to the back end and everyone we interfaced with in the office was as pleasant and helpful as could be. Highly recommend.

My car was in an accident and the team at Webster did a fantastic job. Not only does my car look like it was never in an accident, I got update calls 1-2 times a week. I NEVER had to call them or wonder what was going on. In particular, Mike Bender, took really good care of me!

I had the ABSOLUTE BEST experience here, Bob and his team truly are care Angels. You guys deserve halos and are so underrated. I previously went to a competition that was (nationwide) and had a horrible experience, chose you guys on a chance and I’m so grateful I did. My car is my CHILD and so very special me. Thanks for all your hard work, I couldn’t thank you guys enough.

Dave kept us informed thru out the process of fixing our hail wrecked car. The SUV looks brand new now. They even back ordered a matching emblem and provided a temp to get us the vehicle back sooner. These guys are pros.

Everyone at Gerber Collison was exceptional to work with. Customer Service was very good and the Collision work on our car was beyond exceptional. Bob was great from the first day to the last day when we picked up our car. If anyone ever needs any Collision work done on their vehicle Gerber on Empire Blvd. In Webster is the place to go. Great Work Great People
