Manager Marybeth was extremely unhelpful, I work in customer service as well, but today’s experience was very unprofessional…. she wouldn’t allow associate to override a return that was outside the return window by just a couple of days (which Is fine, but she could do it, she just didn’t want to) the associate was having troubling issuing store credit and called back to Marybeth multiple times, she wouldn’t come up to support her staff in the sales transactions… after she called back to her multiple times asking for help she finally came up, my return ended up on three different gift cards for some reason, I purchase from old navy alllll the time but very disappointed in the Webster store manager today.

3 stars because i love old navy’s clothes for my kids and love the deals. Unfortunately, my mind was blown when the employee started ringing up my items and more than half of the items rang up full price or way more than they were supposed to. Ironically the night before we tried going to the store 3 hours before closing and they were “closing to do inventory” when on earth did this become a thing first of all, back in the day we would go in early as employees or stay late to do inventory. Why on the first week back to school would you decide to close your store and turn away customer’s 3 hours early? New management I’m assuming? Because why would inventory be so wrong the very next day?? The cashier proceeded to not check the pricing, said that “it doesn’t come up on her computer” and had an attitude as if i was wrong for being concerned about overpaying. So i proceeded to say “so unless customers check we just overpay?” All employees behind the counter just stared at me and ignored my question. Customer service just isn’t the same anymore. It’s so sad. I literally had to keep checking if the items were ringing up as the sale price, and i was even told twice that i was wrong until she realized i wasn’t. After the 7-8 item that was wrong, i proceeded to keep checking every single item after her and had to correct the price. Learn how to treat your customers, apologize when a mistake is made and don’t be condescending. I spend a lot of many at old navy and shouldn’t have been treated this way. The funny part was i was apologizing!!! I regret apologizing honestly i felt uncomfortable having to tell someone how to do their job, i was making sure i wasn’t overpaying because clearly customers that are distracted or not paying attention are getting scammed. Train your people or get new management and be kind to your customers.

The quality just isn't all that great and the prices are just so-so. The whole clothing market is just saturated with junk and old navy is no exception.

The people here are so rude. I’ve come in twice now for a couple of returns and the woman I got both times is super unfriendly. I came in with the bag my items came in, and the cashier shoved the garbage back at me. When I can SEE the garbage can right behind her. I’m done buying from old navy.
