I went to this franchise because I had a bad experience at Henrietta I was expecting different service. I showed up with two big bins of clothes that we're all laundered and laid out nice. I get texts all the time from the company to bring in clothes, they don't have to be in season, you will get money for your clothes. So I was struggling to get the bins into the store and luckily a stranger a good man showed up and brought them in for me. When I went and the person doing the intake had stank face and was rolling her eyes so I immediately knew they weren't going to go through my clothes and take it seriously. I brought two big bins of really nice clothes and they took out a couple things and gave me $9. I waited about 2 hours. Plus they put signs up on the door that they're done taking inventory for the day when all the signage says come in and sell. Also when I was leaving they made me jump over the counter and take the bins and just watch me struggle. I know these girls hate their job but it's not my fault it's a customer. They should take it up with management about how much people are bringing in and have them put the policies out about how much you can bring in when you are selling. They literally made me jump over the counter into where they process the clothes and struggle and push my clothes back over the counter I almost fell over. I put my one bin in a cart and pushed it out to my car. I came back and they had set up my other one on the counter so I lifted it up on the cart struggling and they just sat there and looked at me. I felt like a fool to make $9 I don't think they really went through the clothes. From now on I will just donate to schools and churches because there is no such thing as a free lunch and side hustle. If they actually went through my clothes and took the time I would have bought other stuff for my children but I will never go back and do business them. The franchise in Henrietta was awful to me as well. So the trend of selling back is done. I will not waste my time on these people. I would not even treat a stranger like they treated me just to prove a point that they can't lift heavy things. Perhaps the company should give them equipment to help them with things. Also I gave them two stars because there were nice people behind the register that let me use the bathroom. And I could tell they did not want to be part of the drama that the other girls were doing. But I will never go back. And I'm going to block all their texts and emails because you show up and it's not what you expect.

I’m just really frustrated with this location. I’ve been trying to bring in clothes to sell. I have a good amount. Because of the reusable bag/container requirement I only have so many bags/containers I can use. So I brought in 9 reusable shopping bags. I’ve been told they only accept 1 bag/container at a time right now. So I was told I’m expected to come back 9 days in a row to bring each one in. I even said how I’ve been trying to do this is there any other way they can accept more than 1. No. Then I was told if I bring a larger container they can take more……I don’t have a larger container. But this also makes zero sense and is horrible customer service. I’m trying to sell you clothes for you to then sell and you are making me jump through hoops and drive back and forth 2x for 9 days in a row because you can’t just help me out. I just find this incredibly poor customer service and logic that doesn’t make any sense. I was told it’s both a short staff and space issue. But yet, you can handle more clothes if the container is bigger but then the bags take up the same space as a larger container…..make it make sense?

Went to this one with my grandparents and I had bought a bunch of stuff for my daughter and was given 30% off because they lady said everything in store was on sale. My grandma checked out at the same time as I was and wasn’t given the discount. They also had a sale on onesies but barely had any in bigger sizes.

Plato’s closet for babies.
I don’t know if the women here sympathize with mothers at all or have any children themselves.
Def will go straight to goodwill nextime to my time isn’t waisted and a family can actually get something they need at a good price.

I purchased a mom push stroller here priced at $100 on 2/26 I asked them before I bought it that if my baby didn't like it if I can take it back. I was told the policy is 7 days with a receipt . The stroller seemed to be in good condition and I know they have to inspect everything for safety so I went ahead used my 20% off and went about the day running to multiple places while stroller sat in my car not moving once. When I got it out to show my husband while the kids were in activities , he noticed the brake of the stroller was half gone and looked as if it was chewed by a dog: I went to another location after my kids were done and the girl told me she could not accept this return due to safety and the product is damaged and they can't sell it like that... what...... Since 2/27 I called Friday , and Saturday to see if we could rectify the situation before driving the 20 minutes to Webster. The girl on the phone seemed like she was laughing when she took my name and number. I still haven't heard back and it's March 3rd as I'm writing this. Im assuming that I won't hear back from anyone? Wonderful customer service here ... NOT

If I could give it no stars, I would. The Webster location has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They are incredibly rude and obnoxious.
