Terrible customer service, the loan officers are very misleading with the details. They collect your data just to deny you the loan and my finances are in good standing. Scam in my humble opinion.

Came in to figure out some documentation since I was confused lol but Mercedes Lopez offered to help a with no issues. Was able to get my documents uploaded and sent and also took the time to make me copies as well she also went the extra mile in providing me her number to get ahold of her along with customer care number. She was an absolute delight!

Let's just start by saying Jen is the worst manager I have ever heard of. Degrading her employees in front of customers and other employees to the point where customers see her making dirty looks and comments about the employee while customer is at their desk. She's unethical. Extreme nepotism in this location. Puts employees down and is aggressive toward them. She needs to be looked into and fired for how unprofessional she is. She alone makes the company look bad. I would never, never trust a loan establishment with a person like her managing it . How do you go to bed at night knowing you treat your employees like they are nothing and you think you're better than they are. This place should be ashamed for having a person like that working for them. She's also very sexist against women. No wonder you can't keep good employees. Did you know that nothing will kill a great employee faster than tolerating a bad one. Mic drop!

Terrible customer service, they never sent me a cancellation and the attitude of the person who had to assist me was really unpleasant. That is what they call politeness and would never apply here again. I felt super uncomfortable and it seemed like I was a person asking for charity and Mrs. Britne Latona was very bad.
