Purchased appliances and the dishwasher was packaged but my installer wasn't able to install right away so when we open packaging to install the dishwasher was destroyed, even though packaging was in tact. I called and they wouldn't take it back. You only have 48 hours apparently. Also, the washer dryer I purchased to was caved in on top but because it was one piece and stood taller than I could see I didn't notice until I got a ladder out. At least that appliance still works but I would tell you to really inspect after delivery and I will only use Charlotte appliance from here on.

We purchased a set of 4 dacor appliances through Orville. The appliances are great. Sales people were friendly. However, the dishwasher was incorrectly installed and it took 3 weeks to have the mistake corrected. There was a rebate on the 4 appliances totaling about $450. Orville's placed 2 items on one invoice (items being installed) and 2 on a separate invoice. This invalidated the rebate as it stipulates they must be on one invoice. When I brought this to Orville's attention I was told there was nothing they could or would do.

I made a deal on 3 brand new appliances with Mike. S. From Orville’s a real knowledgeable, respectful and all around nice guy. The Samsung appliances are stainless and have a lot of bells and whistles as well as being energy efficient and helped take a tired looking kitchen and really freshened it up and modernized the space. We had difficulty with the rebates and Deb was a wizard with the computers and helped us get all the documentation through the web.

I went in to Orville’s Webster to replace my 12 year old Electrolux washer with another of the same brand. The salesperson Robert said that Electrolux had been sold and they had a whirlpool in stock, available, better quality and on sale. Unfortunately I listened to Robert.The very first time I used the machine to wash king size towels, it wouldn’t spin and finally the machine turned off. I was able to get it to spin on a separate spin cycle. Second time I did a white load of kitchen and bath towels. Repeat. Third time I washed down coats. Yup, a repeat.I called for service. The next day service called me and left a message for me to give them a call. 22 minutes waiting on line and the rudest salesperson, Mike gets on the line and tells me, it’s not the machine, it’s me. I don’t know how to properly load the machine!! My loading of the machine has made the machine unbalanced. This is my 3rd front loader in 25 years. Never had issues with my other machines, but it’s my fault, the customer!Perhaps there’s a magical way to balance sheets in a front loader that I never heardof.The whole dealing with Orville’s has been a headache.I should have read other reviews and not wasted my time.Never again.

I have gone without a refrigerator inside my house since August. I had bought a new refrigerator back in January from Orvilles, a fridgedaire. Almost immediately, within two or three weeks, I started having one problem after another with the refrigerator. The ice would not work, and literally every single thing in my refrigerator would freeze regardless of the temperature inside. Between fridgedaire and Orville’s, they have been at my house five times. I still did not have a refrigerator within two days of every visit. I’m so disappointed with the customer service of Frigidaire and Orville’s. It was obvious there was something seriously wrong with the refrigerator, and there was no discussion from either about replacing the refrigerator, or a lemon law . I was told that the expectation would be to continue to replace parts. I was expected to take a day off of work to get the repairs done, only to be told they had to order parts and they would have to come back again.At this point, especially after not having an active refrigerator in my home with a family since August. I finally went through Best Buy and got a new refrigerator on a black Friday sale . The guy who worked there literally came out to my house to measure, and to make sure I would be happy. and the two guys who just did the install and waterline were absolutely phenomenal.I seriously could cry I’m so relieved to have one less major problem to look at every single day in my house that causes such major stress . I went with whirlpool by the way.

Do not bother with them. I waited for 2.5 weeks for a deliver. Day of delivery they tell me they’re missing a part for a 2200 stove. They are disorganized and send you on a rat race. Then their delivery people left all the packaging for the dishwasher thrown all over my driveway. Go to Home Depot.

Delivery is terrible. Sale never said they don't hook up water line, they left the wrap on freezer door and around edges. Just a TERRIBLE experience

Never purchase from this sham of a store. Purchased all our appliances that have started breaking down less than 2 years after purchase. Purchased Samsung Dishwasher that already is leaking. Samsung refrigerator is breaking at the ice maker. Refused to take any responsibility for the short life of the appliances. I now have to repurchase 2 major appliances and come completely out of pocket. Workers are smug and unhelpful. Good luck staying in business with customer service this poor. I would give 0 stars if I could, 1 is too many.

After a lifetime of dealing with the big box stores for appliances I tried Orvilles on the recommendation of my son in law. It was a great experience from the knowledgeable sales people to the carefully scheduled delivery and excellent notification system. I got a next day delivery scheduled in a two hour window with notification of when the driver's were on the way and expected arrival time. Excellent selection of appliances from quality manufacturers. Pricing competitive with the lowest price in Rochester and fully installed including removal of the old machine for $79 as opposed to the typical $50 removal charge with additional fees for "installation" from the big box suppliers. Tested and ran the machine before they left.

I needed a washer very quickly and purchased a basic Hotpoint washer. The price was good and the washer arrived and was installed the very next day. The service couldn't have been better! I will definitely shop there again!

Gregory was a terrific salesman, helped answer all of our questions and didn't try to up sell us. We happily purchased a full kitchen set. Would recommend Orville's to anyone looking to shop for appliances.

Purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator and a stove $1800 brought everything home and installed myself Scratch and dent which is fine come to find out the ice maker wasn't working water wouldn't dispense so they rigged the fridge to work with a door stopper doors were on unlined orville's repair came out try to fix fridge was unrepairable called Frigidaire put my claim in Orville's called me back the service lady Told me I could get a brand new frigerator but the ETA would be days weeks or months out which was fine well it's been over 2 months I stopped there today I do not get a new refrigerator she put in the computer but you only get store credit needless to say julie is a liar had a full 25 min conversion about a new appliance that I'm not receiving purchases Beware of buying from Oroville they do not give money back they lie about getting new items and only offer store credit

Washing machine was delivered and immediately was not working properly. I was told they won’t replace it. I needed to have a brand new machine serviced. Then, they can’t give me a time. Just “you’ll get a call”. What? So I sit around all day waiting? Then, I was told if that didn’t work, call this other random company. The number they gave me for this other company wasn’t even a valid number. Orville’s is NOT what it used to be and their “service” is just as bad as any other store. So you might as well go with a bigger store that has service techs actually in the area. I purchased from Ovilles a lot, but never again.
