My experience here was horrible. Holly did my nails and was on the phone the entire time. My nails looked terrible. I went back a few days later and the same thing...she was on the phone talking a different language the entire time. I will never go back again!

Absolutely love my nails! I’m a dog groomer and my nails go through it but you would never be able to tell because my full set holds strong thanks to holly! She’s amazing!

While the staff does a very thorough job, the salon is not good with appointment setting. Two times ago when I made an appointment with Autumn, when I arrived, they knew nothing of it. They ended up not finishing up a woman's nails that they had already started to get me in and asked the other woman to come back later. Yesterday when I arrived for my appointment with Autumn, they asked if I could come back in 45 minutes. Why bother calling ahead and making an appointment if it gets ignored?

A friend and I had appointments for a gel pedicure before a vacation. We both started our pedicures at the same time and mine was finished way sooner than hers so I went next door to the store while I waited (the rushed service should have been a red flag) I then took a closer look at my nails and was horrified with the results. I texted my friend who was still there getting hers done about it and she said the girl doing mine left the minute after I did so I wasn't able to run back to have her fix it. Also I found out even though I booked for gel pedicure and was charged extra for gel, they were NOT gel. They completely peeled off about 2 weeks later. Little cuticle cutting, barely any shaping of the nails, didn't take care of any of the dead skin, all after $60 paid. I've never painted my toe nails myself and had them look this bad. I've gone to this business maybe 6-7 times the last couple years because its close to my house and it's a 50/50 chance of what results you will get but this was awful and paying a higher price for a service they didn't give you and couldn't fix on top of it was what finally left me to leave a review. Be careful of what they charge you, what you're paying for vs what you're getting, and if they actually do a reasonable job for what you pay. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 since 50% of the other times I went I was happy but it's still a shot in the dark. This is what $60 gets you. Staff is decently friendly that's a positive, other than a couple uncomfortable remarks made during conversations.

The owner is very unprofessional, I have been here a few times thinking I just had a bad experience once but it has happened over and over again, I do not recommend this place to anybody. If you want good service and good quality nails this is not the place for you!

PUTTING 5 STARS SO MY REVIEW CAN BE SEEN. If I could give this place zero stars, I would !!! This place needs to be closed!!! “Pro” nails this should be a joke. Because there is nothing pro about it, do yourself a favor. Don’t listen to these fake trash reviews & don’t ever go get your nails done here. They suck !!!

$50 for a gel pedicure and the polish that I went in with(yellow) you can clearly still see the yellow paint on my toenails .The paint job was horrible and the water temperature was freezing, the woman only placed lotion and oil on my legs never touched my feet … I’m Never going back . Oh and I tipped her five dollars because she was so aggressive, asking are you going to tip…

Holly, the owner, is on site and doing manicures and pedicures herself! Great home town business. I've been going for 3 years and there are the same faces. It's great to know everyone does a good job there!
