I accidentally broke the glass on an antique picture frame of a bird made out of feathers. Gave Roz the measurements over the phone. When we tried to set the glass into the frame it was too long by 1/8". I measured wrong by not allowing at least a 1/8" clearance on each side. Roz said no problem and trimmed it to the proper length for a good fit. Thanks, Roz, for your help and good nature. Tony

Roz is hands-down the best – – she has framed 20 items for me over the years, all of them have perfect proportions, and wonderfully selected mats and frames. The framing is its own work of art! And Roz and Greg are two of the sweetest people around. Could not give a stronger recommendation!

I've been using Rozmataz Art & Framing for over 20 years for various artwork, posters, original water colors, and more. Roz and Greg have always been professional and helpful providing expert guidance and advice given their many years of experience! Many of the pieces hanging in my house are framed by Rozmataz. They have a great selection of frames and mattes to fit any style. A more recent experience was taking a 30-year old water color that was left to us by a family member to Rozmataz. We needed to breath new life into this painting. Roz and Greg worked with us to pick out a gorgeous new frame and matte color that really allowed this painting to pop on our new Adirondack fireplace mantle. The end result is stunning and we just love it! Thank you again Roz and Greg for years of expert & friendly service!!

I struggled whether to write this review or let it go, but I think it's important for the public to know about the poor quality and behavior presented by Rozmataz Art & Framing. I am a photographer who provides a variety of framed products for my clients. My regular framer was unavailable so I went to Rozmataz and discussed my needs with them. They were pleasant and thorough with their questions about my needs and presenting the various options for framing. I gave them two jobs, one small (framed, no glass) and one big (framed with glass). The small job went off fine without incidence, however the larger job did not. When I went to pick up the pieces, I noticed several dust specks and one glass speck under the glass. When I pointed these out, Roz accused me of being a perfectionist. Well, yes, I require as much perfection as possible from the products I create for my clients so I expect the same from the vendors I work with. She belittled me by saying she needed to get a magnifying glass to see what I was talking about. Now, in my world, when a client isn't pleased with an item, I ask what I need to do to make them happy. If it's reasonable, I do it no question. If it's not, I explain the guidelines and suggest doing the work for an additional charge. Roz did neither. Instead she, and her husband, belittled my professional vision and did not offer any suggestions for fixing the problems. I chose not to press the issue. I had to take the framed pieces to my other framer and have him take care of her mess at additional cost to me. I was furious and have vowed never to use Rozmataz for any future services be it framing or otherwise and I would warn anyone else to consider this when choosing them for your needs.
