This is a really great thrift store. It is always organized and clean. The people who take donations are friendly and grateful unlike some of the other local charity drop offs.

Disorganized. Many mismarked items. No fitting rooms and a ridiculous return policy. Overpriced compared to other thrift stores
I will only return to bring back items that don't fit and since I have no choice but to spend the store credit there I will figure it out.

I am a frequent shopper at savers, and although sometimes the prices seem a little high for certain items, I overall love this place. I am not one to usually leave reviews unless they are very deserving which today, it was. I didn’t get her name, but the woman who organizes the carts, and greets people as they walk in and out of the store went above and beyond for me today. I had a fussy toddler with me, and was trying to push a full cart and had parked far away. She without hesitation followed me out of the store and offered to walk my cart to my car so I could carry my child safely and lesson my load. She then went on to say never hesitate to ask for help. It truly does take a village, and today she was my village. I wish I got her name, but I’m sure I will see her friendly face again soon. And whoever is in charge, she deserves a raise!!

Large selection, but the prices are outrageously high. Insultingly high on clothing actually, where they're charging outlet store prices (or higher), but the clothing is used.

The most organized, tidy thrift store I've ever seen! The shoes are grouped by size! The books are grouped by subject! Yes, some of the clothes are overpriced for donated goods, but it's a pleasure to shop there.

Although they sell some really decent items, their return policy is such that they don't give refunds, only store credit. The changing rooms are but a distant memory. You only have 24 hours to return electronics which are only (occasionally!) tested for power but not functionality. Don't buy used electronics here unless you know how to fix things. Chances are that any of these items will need work.
Oh yeah, and the store needs a good cleaning. Furthermore, they should be cleaning their restrooms more frequently than once every two weeks.

No fitting rooms yet no returns excepted. Very odd. Prices vary greatly between same styles/brands (clothing specifically). Pretty solid store otherwise, would return if casually browsing. Nothing noteworthy.

Best thrift store in Rochester hands-down. Great selection, fair prices, always clean and well-lit, and the staff are cheery and friendly. Their book section is amazing, I absolutely filled my shelves with good condition classics for less than $50.
