I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When purchasing a single item, I politely declined a bag, and said I will just put it in my bag. The cashier insisted multiple times that I had to take one, even after I repeated that I didn’t want it. When I asked just for my receipt, I was told, “No, I’m giving you a bag.”
The cashier then pressured me to provide my email for rewards. When I again very politely declined, she responded rudely with just staring at me with an extremely annoyed look, and then said, “you’re killing me, you probably already have an account and I get knocked on that.” Yes, i do have an account but I was in a rush and did not have time to put all of my information in. I immediately wrote down this interaction in my phone notes so I wouldn’t forget exactly what she said, since I was in such disbelief.
This left me feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected. I had to take a couple minutes to even forget about it and get back into a happier mood.

visited the store today and had a gift card to use, when i pulled out the gift card the lady told me it wouldn’t work because it was just a sephora gift card, not a sephora + khols gift card. she did not once attempt to try the gift card and simply just told me it will not work. i said okay and had her void my purchase. when i looked at the back of the gift card it specifically states redeemable at our stores, mobile stores, AND SEPHORA AT KHOLS

very bizarre experience-- no one greeted me for the 30-45 mins I was in the store and asked to help...but I do know that the cashier got a new tattoo in Florida because they were talking so loud. No pricing listed and since no one was there to help I had to look it up online- and then pricing was different when cashing out.

Repeated visits over the years since they were put into Kohl's, and the staff there has always ignored me, seemingly on purpose. I dread going in because I don't want to have to be around them. They seem to prioritize some customers over others as a matter of course. I'm friendly and approachable; why they make an effort to avoid me is unknown and extremely off-putting.

Nina is incredible!!!!! Every time I go to Sephora in Webster I feel like I have my own personal makeup/ skincare guru helping me out. She is so wise and has TONS of experience. Not to mention she is hilarious. THANK YOU NINA!!!!!

I came there today for a product for my daughter. Nick was nice enough to help me out. He was fantastic, energetic, knew his stuff, and showed me a few other secrets of his! He was very personable, awesome, friendly, and lively! I love the passion that he has! Can't wait to see him again! Thank you Nick!

Went to Sephora today in Webster ny nick helped us out he was very friendly and accommodating he really took the time out to help my sister with her hair concerns he didn’t rush us he was very honest and answered all of our many questions he is really a pleasure and an asset to Sephora I look forward to seeing him again on my next visit to upstate New York

My first and possibly last time shopping tris Sephora - the woman in charge who was at the register for my purchase was flippant and rude. If I am going to spend this much money on face products, I certainly don't need that kind of treatment. A shame really I try to always support local businesses- I can certainly plan next purchases around other errands. They got 2 stars because I found what I was looking for plus another item to try.

Went there today having no idea what I needed but I knew I wanted to get into contouring. Nick that works there was SO kind and helpful, he applied makeup on me and taught me how to contour myself. I bought everything he tried on me and I’m excited to use all of it. He turned my day around and I appreciated him a ton today!

Today I went to Sephora in Websterat Kohl's. Nick and Casey were awesome. They are extremely helpful, got me exactly what I wanted and both were very charismatic! They seemed to really love what they do. Thank you guys so much...the products were perfect!

I come to that SEPHORA every week. Nina and Kc are just amazing: they are so kind and attentive. Sometimes, I don't know what I want and walk there for almost an hour, Nina is very patient with me. Love them and this place)))

Love the location and the proximity to my house here in Webster. I have been in a few weekends to shop for cologne and gifts for my sister / nieces. Staff is great and always welcoming. The cute girl with the glasses is my favorite. Award winning smile, outgoing personality and so friendly at a time when most workers in that field are not. Keep up the great work work!!!

CANT USE SEPHORA GIFT CARDS!!??? Girl with red hair needs to go . She has no customer service skills , was loud and swearing to another female working then became loud with me . The other times I have been there I have worked with Nick and greatly enjoy him. he was complementary and knew his stuff. Half of staff needs to go and a reboot .

Does anyone work inside Sephora???? I was in this store for 15 minutes before I saw someone working . Unhappy employees all around and not professional or friendly anywhere .
