Highly recommend this seller & this product! Damp dusting has changed everything for me. Dust clings to the ridges, useful for surfaces, linen table shades, air purifier filter, etc. Bought 6 total to share with family & friends, I'm that pleased.

I ordered a fidget spinner as an extra little gift. I emailed them after about 10 days to see if it had shipped and they said it was not in stock. They gave a date range they expected it to be restocked and said it would be shipped out 2-3 days later. Another 2 weeks go by and I ask again if it had shipped and asked that if it did not ship by the following week to please refund. They stopped responding to my email so I tried to call the customer service number 10 different times and could not get a person. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get my money back.

I ASKED TO CANCEL THIS JULY 23, 10 MINS AFTER EMAIL ORDER CONFIRMATION CAME. THEY IGNORED ME, I ASKED AGAIN, AND A WEEK LATER WAS TOLD IT WAS IN SHIPPING PROCESS. AUGUST 14 I WAS TOLD SHIPPING WAS DELAYED. I RETURNED ITEM UNOPENED AT NO CHARGE TO ME TO SENDER AUG 17 AS TOLD BY EMAIL, THEY STILL WILL NOT CREDIT ME. IT'S AUGUST 21 AFTER 6.
REMEMBER I CANCELLED THIS JULY 23.

Horrible customer service. I've been trying to get a refund from the company for over 6 months now. Can never get anyone on the phone. Takes weeks to get an email reply.

I ordered a grass trimmer head 4 months ago. Haven't gotten it yet. They keep sending me emails telling me order is in process of shipping. From what I see of there reviews I probably will never see the product I ordered. Got ahold of the BBB. Was told they've had many reports of this company

Been just over a year and still no order. Someone else said they are superb example of customer neglect. I can't even get thru anymore. They said they woud send it the last time. They didn't. I am so sad. I had ordered before and the product was outstanding. I don't mind waiting, even this long, IF they would respond and HELP me. They have the WORST customer service in the world. Great products, IF they can send them. Ordering here is a RISK.

I ordered a 5 gallon jug of a specific cleaning product that they carry. I use it for my cleaning business. That was a month ago. The only response to my emails are requests for my order number. I have supplied that twice. The phone number listed is never answered and you cannot leave a message. I have emailed them several times and finally contacted my credit card company. They told me to send them one more email requesting either a refund or product delivery within 10 days. If no response then I can initiate a dispute and get my money back. I’m just glad I used a credit card and not my debit card as they collected the money immediately. I also lodged a complaint via BBB. I agree with others, poor customer service, poorly run business. Would never use again.

Somehow I stumbled upon this company and am so glad I did. I found elusive items not available on Amazon and am very happy all around with the price, quality, simplicity, and serviceability. Great customer service, too.

Absolutely garbage of a company. Waits weeks to reply. Claims on shipping process and can't cancel yet they cannot produce a tracking number. The low prices are not worth the headache. You can't get anyone on the phone. Can't leave a message and again, replies to emails are vague, spotty, late and full of lies.

Simply Good Stuff will steal you money. They will cancel your order and not tell you. They promise to refund but they won't. They promise to send you a check, but they won't.
They do not answer their phone.
Each time I contact Customer Service via email they ask for the order number and details again.
Do not trust your money or rely on their materials for your lessons.

I wish I'd checked reviews before I ordered. A scam operation if there ever was one. More than a month after ordering, one email saying they're out of stock and should ship in 3-5 days - 3 weeks later, nada. They take your money and run. Avoid this site like - well - the plague!
