We came in to buy my 84 year old husband a pair Skechers today. Angelina was so patient and kind searching for the size 14 he needed. All of the women clerks in the store are friendly & helpful. Thank you Webster Skechers!!

Great selection if you wear size 11 and up. If you wear an 8 you have no chance. Cashier was as friendly as a rattlesnake and less helpful. She immediately told me to talk to her manager, always an indication that they don't care and don't want to help. Manager at least checked other stores for inventory, no dice. It's a great product but difficult to buy

Tried to exchange some shoes one week after purchase as they were to small for our youngest daughter. Were told they would give $9 credit for shoes that originally cost us $25 then sell us the new pair same thing larger size for $17. Manager was rude and not helpful.

Today I went in today because my new shoes had been causing me pain. Kate heard me out and assisted me with getting two new shoes. She was extremely professional and courteous. Normally I dislike working with sales employees cause I feel they don’t care so I get in and out as quick as possible but Kate was amazing. Will be returning for future purchases for sure!

Before this Skechers, I'd never seen a manager be so casually cruel to their own employee. It's like they enjoyed wielding their power to hurt those beneath them. And to do it all in front of other customers, making the whole environment awkward and uncomfortable. I'll recommend people avoid shopping here unless they want more drama than customer service.

Cat was absolutely phenomenal. She was personable and funny and incredibly helpful. I was very happy with my purchases and my entire experience. Seriously, though, Cat was great. :)

The employee was a bit overbearing and negative about her job but my son did get two pairs of sneakers for under $60.

Went holiday shopping and was very happy with the staff, very welcoming and very helpful. The store was clean, tons of shoes, plenty of options colors sizes etc. wonderful experience will definitely go back!!!
