At the UPS desk the person seemed nice but after she started helping me she stopped in the middle to help someone else. I needed assistance. Then when she finally came back to me, I was told I needed to go to another place that had ups.

This is the first time I have ever left a review for anything! I would say it was the worst service I have ever had, but in reality, it was NO service.I wanted to get assistance buying a printer. Two of us came up to the counter at the same time, I stepped back and let the other customer go ahead - all is well. Another customer comes up. Amanda ignores me and waits on him. The customer even said to wait on me -I was there first.Amanda responds "she's just looking for a printer". Several times the customer suggests that she take care of me. She continued with him and ignored me. I started to walk away towards the printers to see what I could figure out on my own. At that time, Amanda says, I'll call "X", she's a pretty good tech to help you with printers. After several minutes I went back up to the counter. Amanda was still working with the other customer and "X" was waiting on someone else!!!I will NEVER shop at Webster Staples again!!!

I had never been to this location before. It's not setup like the Staples I usually go to. I actually usually want like 5 things everytime I walk in here, but that didn't happen here. It actually seemed bigger than other locations, but it had more of a warehouse feeling. The layout here wasn't as appealing to me, and stuff I wanted didn't just pop out at me. It was organized well, but the aisles being vertical rather than horizontal made you need to walk down each one. If you know what you need, this location is fine. For browsing, I'd prefer the Penfield location.

Had a great experience with the print team at this Staples! The same day print for postcards was a HUGE help to me and the team here, after a series of phone calls back and forth, ensured my order was ready for pickup by the time the confirmation email stated. The team here took great care of me and the prices for simple, upload your own print jobs are very fair. I've had good experiences with competitors as well, but the ease of their website did make this whole experience quite simple. If you're looking for a simple print job in a hurry, the team here is ready for you!

They shipped a broken lacrosse shaft packing it themselves and they forgot to seal up the tube so the tube arrived empty. 0 accountability from Staples end. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!

I just worked with Alejandro at the Webster Staples location and he was amazing. he was so patient with me and was explaining why doc wouldn't work for my prints and walked me through how to get all my prints and just took care of me from beginning to end 100%. What excellent customer service!!! Your company is lucky to have such a fine young gentleman apart of your team, treat him well they are hard to find. �

Let me start this by saying Staples rips you off. I made 18 color copies earlier today. They charge you just to get on their computer so you're charged by how long it takes for their unbelievably slow computer to load. I was on their for 10 minutes max. 18 color copies, and 10 minutes of time...my card was charged $40.06. $40 for 18 copies on regular 8.5/11 size paper. Not only do they rip you off but they obviously don't care about cleaning their workstation. The keyboard had sticky and muddy fingerprints all over. The mouse had some white and slimy residue all over it. The employees were on their phones sitting behind the printing station or leaning against a counter not working but getting paid to be lazy. Be sure to wash your hands and check your wallet when you leave this disgusting place.

Had a print order for 40 color booklets that could have been done in 5 minutes on the color printer. The operator acted like they were super busy and the order had to be put in the queue. I provided a phone number to call when my job was completed. I stuck around the store to see the printer never being used and after it was started 37 minutes later, never received a call when it was complete. The attitude didn't seem customer friendly, more like I was bothering him. The price was expensive for one hour print job and the discount wasn't mentioned until paying, never mentioned up front. Apparently competition is lost to Staples and why I will go elsewhere in the future. The prints look great but the machine did all the work.
