Webster NY tech team is great! They are knowledgeable and very helpful as well as patient and informative! I highly recommend using them if service is needed or a new lap top or printer. I had to have my laptop fixed they were fast and helpful after the service as well. When I need a new one I intend to go to them.

I have purchased 2 computers from the Webster NY. store(I'm not computer literate) The staff has been very patient with me, helping me to understand the workings of computers, and I have had a million questions. Amanda is very knowledgeable and patient with me. as is all the staff. I give them a score of 100.

It is so nice to be able to walk into a clean, organized Staples store to purchase one of the laptops I'd already previewed on the staples.com website. Even nicer to see it on display, touch it, lift it (to feel the weight, even though the product was locked/secured, I could still lift up off the display a bit, which is not possible with the displays of the other stores), and play with some of the features. This positive experience between the website and the store made me happy to actually make the purchase. And the staff are polite and professional as well.

I had excellent service provided by 2 of the employees! they took a lot of time and helped me with repair issues and purchasing a new laptop. BEST service I have had anywhere ,at any store, in a long time! GREAT!
